Review of AutoBidMaster, LLC
Serious damage to the car, you need to buy a membership and replenish the deposit in order to be able to bid on the auction
I just want to express my concern about the extra fees and credit card charges required to participate in Autobidmaster auto auction. It is unbelievable that users are required to purchase the basic, advanced or premium membership and add a deposit to start the car lot bidding process. This makes the process unnecessarily complicated and adds an extra financial burden on the bidders.
Furthermore, I was disappointed with the limited selection of cars available for auction. Autobidmaster advertises inventory of 300,000 vehicles, but the majority of the cars were hard damaged salvage cars, which are not suitable for everyone. If someone is looking for a car with only minor damages, they would not find it in your auction.
I would appreciate it if Autobidmaster could review their policies and procedures to make the process more straightforward and accessible to a broader audience. It would be beneficial if Autobidmaster could eliminate the need for a membership and reduce the deposit amount required to bid on a car.
Additionally, consider to move out of Autobidmaster directly to Copart or IAAI with selection of cars which includes those with only minor damages what is more reliable for a broader audience.
