I purchased a car in the "used" department, selecting from a wide selection with an excellent quality / price ratio. In all the sales practice I was accompanied by Stefano G. with a lot of professionalism and availability, even in the post-sale.

I purchased a BMW M4 at the Monza headquarters in July.

Beautiful Mini - Bmw dealership with open space display, modern and functional, very bright for the huge windows. The assortment of cars is really huge, it can also be understood at a glance that it sweeps over the large entrance hall. The sales staff is very helpful and competent for both new and used and immediately puts you at ease with courtesy. One of the best in the area.

I brought an X3 rented and registered at the end of July 2019 in the workshop by Autovanti in Monza after having had the misfortune of being stolen from lighthouses and the navigator on 9/13/2019 and to date I have not yet returned the car 20 / 11/2019 downloading the various responsibilities between dealership, coachbuilder, insurance, renter and I pay an installment every month for having practically still not used the car at the end of July! I also note that the thieves took 8 minutes to dismantle everything without damaging the car !!! Now I wonder how it is possible for such an important dealer to leave a customer abandoned and without any information for so long and I still don't have a return date !! Simply outrageous !!! I add that last week after an umpteenth email and phone call from the insurance contact me to tell me that at most by the weekend they would give me the car back and instead we are in the middle of the week after it is still I know nothing !!!
Truly I find little professionalism on everyone's part !!!

I went to the dealership's shop for normal preventive maintenance. Access is by appointment. The appointment was given to me within two days so I'm happy with it. I waited on site for maintenance to be completed. The waiting area is very comfortable with comfortable sofas, magazines and newspapers, water and coffee. I go to the dealership for the purchase quote for an X1 Plug-in, I arrive directly from home being in SW so I am not a jacket and tie as usual. Casual clothing probably gives rise to incorrect assessments of the staff present in the showroom who after a few minutes of waiting makes me interface only with the receptionist, probably I had given the feeling of being a customer "without wallet". Negative experience. I purchased a BMW 5 series which had 20000 km. After only 20000 km from the purchase, a failure in the transmission bearing occurred and the mechanic claims to be a manufacturing defect as it is impossible to happen in a car with so few km.
