I went to the dealership, as I noticed small power holes in the delivery and felt the chain slightly noisy.
Mr. Caludio, professional but at the same time friendly after the test of the car he showed me the work to be carried out and only after having checked the actual work in the workshop and had my approval for the execution, he carried out the work by returning the car in full efficiency. My 320xd mod. E90 has returned as good as new.

I was able to deal with Mr. Luca Zingales for two similar used cars that interested me and I can say that I received excellent treatment and excellent offers.

After having contacted and shot several dealers I saw that the prices of used cars are the ones more in line with the real assessments.

Others offered me maybe higher figures for my used but at the same time they asked me for the car that I would have to buy much more than it was worth.
So the net balance was not at all convenient.

For this "realism" in establishing the figures and for the excellent treatment to the customer, perfectly in line with the expectations for a brand like BMW, I am more than satisfied and I can recommend the dealership.

Very poor experience with the mini service. I bring my mini for a ignition problem .. they kept my car for 4 days for a diagnosis (with Saturday and Sunday in the middle) .. despite having requested the replacement car at least 3 or 4 days before, I was was replied that they had no more available and that they would have made a request at a car rental (from which I should have brought myself and I could have enjoyed the car only from the following day) pity that the latter wanted only and exclusively a credit card which I did not have .. and did not accept other methods. So without my car, no rental car and some 7km walk back home. It was not what I expected from this service. They didn't update me on the condition of my car as I had expressly requested to be able to pick it up as soon as possible and once everything was ready, all they did was reset a control unit. I just hope the problem is solved otherwise I spent 80 euros for nothing. I won't be back.

I have been around for a couple of years that I go to them to carry out the various maintenance services of my car and until a few months ago I found myself quite well.
In October I bring the car for a simple recall plus ordinary maintenance service, oil filter etc.
At the time of delivery I notice that the car has the window slightly lowered and in an attempt to close it I notice that the recall button does not work. I mention everything to the person in charge who, after several attempts to fix it, tells me that "it was bad luck" that it happened just as they had the car and that it could happen at any moment. Now, the glass has never given me any kind of problem until then and the randomness has wanted me to return the car with the window down although I had given it to me with all the windows closed.

We remain in the "benefit of the doubt."

I'm getting pretty annoyed and I fix the car on my own.
Last Friday I make an appointment for a new recall action sent directly from bmw through the specially dedicated online service but unfortunately I am contacted by a person in charge who tells me that since there was no place I would have to reprogram it. I wonder if eventually Tuesday could go well and in response I'm given the OK and that in case of problems I would have been contacted as in the first case.
Today I go to the dealership as an appointment because presumably there were no problems, and after waiting for more than half an hour because of an accumulation of work, I am told that it was not possible to leave the car in the day as they were already full blown up on the new on-line service.
Now I find myself with a lost day and a work permit taken uselessly due to a total lack of communication from them. Service really PESSIMO.
I sincerely hope that the service changes positively because I am seriously considering the possibility of going elsewhere.

My report, however, was neither aimed at the reimbursement of the engine oil reported on the invoice nor much less to make controversy but only wanted to understand what eventually happened.
I was told that it was impossible that there was no engine oil, and that in the case it is the car that "eats" oil, it is a pity that after a few months from the famous topping up the level is always optimal.

I would like to inform you as a customer of an event that has an incredible gravity for the relationship between customer and seller. I don't usually use polemics and writing, but in the face of such treatment I think it is necessary to make it public. After contacting a seller of the company and precisely mr. Antonio Grasso the same painstakingly provided me after several phone calls with an economic plan for the purchase of a car of my interest. The same seller never replied to my subsequent emails with which I asked for clarifications on the financial plan nor on the model of the machine and despite everything searching for him on the phone after several times I managed to contact him only after a few days and talk to him. Having shown my interest, I communicated that the next day I would write to him a confirmation email to define the purchase, except for proof of the vehicle, which was to take place two days later as I would have presented myself at the dealership (the dealership, I state, is 330 km from my office ); this email was regularly sent and was not even taken into consideration by the seller despite having warned that I would go to the office the next day. The behavior seems to me truly incredible also considering the fact that when I called him in the afternoon to fix the day after he told me that the car was SOLD !!!!
