I left Auto Vanti - among other things, pissed off with arrogance - a little further on there is the Mercedes VENUS dealer, I was treated well, with seriousness and professionalism: I purchased a "c" class that was always used, it had the tires to be replaced, they replaced them without saying a word, before delivering it to me they made a service in which they replaced the gearbox oil. I'm sorry to get into controversy with you, but before these problems I contacted you for another small problem and your answer was the car is under warranty and to contact a bmw center near your home.

I bought a bmw x1 from them without seeing it (almost only online).

First of all, I thank the seller Andrea Platania for his correctness and availability.

But I can't give more than 3 stars (I feel good) since I bought remotely from the dealership I expected more in-depth checks on the car (used premium bmw), not very premium.

The windshield needed to be repaired because chipped they forgot the repair.

Every time I started a strong vibration (solved under warranty) replaced the engine mount

Every bump you could hear a noise on the left wheel, the warranty has partially covered, the right and left arms replaced.

From a used premium bmw I expected thorough checks, especially if you bought a remote car, it was okay to check in order not to cause logistical and monetary inconvenience.

Here the BMW brand and the Autovanti dealership ..... don't make a good impression.

I have been trying to speak to a representative for three days to get a quote for the assembly of a piece of the steering wheel.
Disorganized and without any focus on the customer: first time I am bounced from service to bodywork to spare parts. The second time they leave me waiting on the phone for about 20min with the usual excuse "Wait a minute, I'll pass the colleague who takes care of it" and the third time I'm told to write an email to a person who is on vacation.

Stuff you would not believe. There are people like myself who are looking for help and are offering job opportunities but who are more totally ignored.

The only competent department is the SPARE PARTS. Precise, punctual and fast.

If you are looking for BMW assistance I recommend that you go elsewhere.

Having to change cars, I toured various dealers, but in none of them did I find the same welcome, level of service and professionalism as in AutoVanti Monza, also demonstrated in the months of Covid despite the obvious difficulties of the period. We needed to change the car on short notice, touring throughout August for several dealers. Auto Vanti definitely detaches them all for hospitality, style and courtesy. My experience started about a month ago, I was looking for a new car and therefore I was evaluating the various options available among the top automotive brands.
At first I was undecided between about 2 cars of different brands, but I was lucky enough to interface with the very kind Rita Galione who in an ultra-fast way managed to configure the best solution for me.
The car in question is a beautiful series 2 gran coupe set up by Msport (photo attached). Today after the various tests I am even more satisfied with the experience with AutoVanti di Monza which I will recommend to friends and colleagues.

I gave 4 stars because it took me a day to make an appointment by phone (but I was contacted) and for a small mistake when collecting the vehicle; the machine gave an error in the external temperature sensor (solved in 30 min on the first day available to me).
My mistake did not check immediately at the withdrawal if everything was OK, but I would like to give some advice, check the cars before returning them to customers.

I will never go back to this dealership after this experience!
After an accident in which I was right, in agreement with my insurance, the tow truck brought my car to this dealership .. I should go a long way with everything that this dealership did, or rather, did not do but, doing it short: after 20 days they sent the estimate of the damage to the counterparty insurance, they did not give me a courtesy car even for a fee, they contacted me because they could not find the email of the counterparty insurance (and I who could know ?! I searched the internet as they could very well have done), I went to pick up the car after 40 days from the accident and they realized half an hour before delivery that, because of the accident, the belt pretensioner it had broken and upon delivery the driver's seat was released (they hadn't screwed a bolt back and the mechanics were already gone). Not to mention the promised calls that the gentleman X of the bodywork (not to mention names) should have made in these 40 days but that he has not done. I lost a piece of trunk cover .. Finally, without any hesitation, the request made to this coachbuilder X to contact the director .. I'm still waiting!
