I go to the dealership for the purchase quote for an X1 Plug-in, I arrive directly from home being in SW so I am not a jacket and tie as usual. Casual clothing probably gives rise to incorrect assessments of the staff present in the showroom who after a few minutes of waiting makes me interface only with the receptionist, probably I had given the feeling of being a customer "without wallet". Needless to say, I do not receive the basic and necessary information and much less a simple quote, what a shame to service.
