Bad assistance. At the last email with an explanation request, I have never even been answered. I took my Mini for an engine failure, waiting almost a month for it to be repaired. I asked to be able to repair the sound system, but they gave it back to me as it was.

I had an embarrassing experience with the Autovanti Monza service. From the staff to the acceptance to the service manager, they have proven themselves incompetent. Their philosophy is to change pieces without thoroughly investigating the car problem. When asked for explanations, they respond in a grumpy way or worse, they raise their heels, turn their backs and go away. Think a little more about the customer than pocketing money!
Good evening, I am a holder of a 216d (not purchased by you) Wednesday evening, July 18, I stay on foot with my car, engine light on and the car does not start anymore. Recovered with a tow truck, the following day is brought to my instructions at your workshop. I am contacted by Mr. Galbiati on Thursday 19, informing me that the car has arrived in the workshop. Friday 20 to 10.30 call Galbiati for news that tells me that the car is still under diagnosis. Friday around 17.30 not having news yet I go to you in the workshop and finally I come to know that they have to replace the sensors but the car will be ready on Monday morning. So I ask to provide a replacement car since my 216 is not yet 2 years old and only 27000km and therefore I have the guarantee. Galbiati tells me that you no longer have cars available you need to turn to a rental. For me it is ok but I ask to be accompanied otherwise how do I go to get the car.? Galbiati tells me it's late and no one is available. Monday 23 not only my car is not ready but I am not contacted by anyone. Today, July 24th at 5:10 pm, when I'm writing this review, I have not received a phone call and I do not know when my car will be ready. Bad service. We will not come back in autovanti. We have been customers for a long time.
During the period when my car was in custody at your premises, specifically on the evening of 20 July; it was visibly damaged by hail. I immediately receive assurances from your staff telling me that the repair is to be paid by the Autovanti. A little 'sorry for my car I recognize that it is not your fault for the incident. These days, contact your body to decide the date to make the repair, but I am told that I have to open the accident for hail at my insurance, which would be my company to pay the damage net of any deductibles at your expense . But because I object, but it is reiterated that it is the law that establishes it. But since when? Why is there a law in this regard? Contact my insurer who reiterates that there is no law in this regard and indeed emphasizes that being my car in custody to third parties (your dealership) must be returned in the same initial conditions before hailstorm. I would like to be contacted privately by the owner for clarification.
