Dealer known due to an accident, I suffered a rear-end collision.
I hadn't bought the car from them, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise nonetheless.
Precise, detailed in the explanations, professional and very prepared, they dedicated all the time I needed.
The repair work was done from their internal workshop, and it was perfect. No creaking, vibrating or anything. Machine returned as new.

What about ... seen the brand that genuinely represent I expected a lot more professionalism.
Having some time off from work, I called the dealership to see if they had a home bmw x5 from view, the front desk girl has spent the vendor at the time I was busy.
After 15 minutes in which the seller was always busy I asked the front desk if she could simply inquire if they had a home-X5 ... amazing no one has been able to answer, so they still went to the dealership.
Once arrived there expecting a welcome for sure much more professional, after a few minutes when I was inside the dealership, no one approached so I took the liberty of asking me about the first had seemed free.
Maybe because I am and I think still a young guy, 37 years but honestly the seller's attitude left me thrilled ... I asked if it was possible to see a x5 body kit with M and almost annoyed and very detached took me in stock to check for small a delivery.
My questions answered with difficulty, and when I took the liberty of asking "excuse me when you can see an X3 M, you know the date of the presentation?".
The answer was that he was already on display ... too bad that the showcase was not the X3 M (motorsport) but one with only the engine M40i.
When I mentioned this, the second response was even more hasty and useless my opinion, the answer was: The X3M (motorsport) will probably never be marketed, then closing with a "you still need gentlemen?" ... .
Now I understand that seeing me so young, one can not believe that could be interested in buying a car from about 114,000 wheel was ... but in my opinion this is not equally a professional attitude.
I also take this opportunity to advise the seller to read more carefully the information posted on the BMW website where OFFICIAL illustrate all the features and Differences between a BMW X3M and a "simple" x3 40th.
Besides the fact that at this point I doubt if they decide not to put it out of production being fully configurable booked .... you all judgment.

BMW dealer with serious and qualified staff. I was very happy with both the purchase and the maintenance of my car. I highly recommend.

Mi sono recata in autosalone lo scorso sabato per un preventivo della nuova Serie 1.
Ho "vagato" x quasi mezz'ora senza che nessuno mi accogliese (ne' mi misurasse la temperatura) e ho dovuto chiamare un tizio dello staff intento a fare il caffe x altri clienti..
Sono quindi poi stata accompagnata presso il box del venditore col quale avevo appuntamento.
Il preventivo e' stato stilato in modo molto confusionario, la finanziaria e'stata spiegata male e dopo piu' di 2 ore non vedevo l ora di uscire!
La mattina stessa ero stata allo stesso Autosalone di Desio dove sono stata accolta subito e in meno di 1 ora sono uscita con preventivo chiaro ed esaustivo.
Consiglio spassionato: rivolgetevi a Desio e non a Monza!

I have been trying to book a quote for a coupon for a week. Once they don't have time ... once the server doesn't work and they tell me they will call me back. Days go by, they put me on hold and they don't answer anymore!

Since writing in private and on the phone does not lead to results (you are only able to ask for MONEY) I write here so everyone knows:
I STRONGLY ADVISE TO BUY A CAR AT AUTOVANTI (EX MARIANI MOTORS).
The after-sales assistant is painful and only apt to steal money as soon as there is a problem.
I took the car 4 times because of an injection problem and they managed to get rid of money all the times 4 WITHOUT EVER SOLVING THE PROBLEM.
Contacted after some time, ALWAYS FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, they were able to propose me to make a diagnostic with the tester (yet another test .. which they had already done and redone) obviously for a fee ("INACCURATE FIGURE BUT SAFELY ABOVE 100 EURO ..so said the young lady on the phone.) BEWARE of this dealer.
Let's see if a mountain of negative advertising will please you.

I was looking for a particular BMW and well kept, after exposing the standards to the seller used department Davide Lentini, was able in a short time to meet my expectations and only now that I have passed the "break-in" I can really thank him, I We liked the reliability and the seriousness that have shown in keeping the brand name high.

Beautiful dealership but bad organization. 1 and a half month waiting for the delivery of the car "sending week by week with a lot of excuses". To make the coupon I call, request information and price, they turn the call to other switchboards but the line is always busy. I leave my number to recontact myself and "finally" I can talk to INCOMPETENT switchboard operators, ask them a few questions, ask them more or less the prices and they don't know how to answer me saying that I should go to the dealership and the wait could be 10 minutes / half an hour / 1 hour because the acceptors are busy with the customers with the appointment .. They do coupons every day and these switchboards do not know how to answer to 2 questions and do not even know the prices. HOW MUCH INCOMPETENCE, the BMW brand deserves more.

If you don't have a jacket and tie they don't consider you .....
