After twenty years I had to say goodbye to my legendary car, I entered with my husband, so by chance, in the AutoVanti car show in Monza, to ask for information. Having bought 3 Mini from them so far (before it was Mariani Motors), in my small way I consider myself a customer for a few years .. Of course if the on-board check does not report any deadline or intervention every 2x3 it would be better, but electronics reigns and if the service must be done ... must be done. Always received cordiality and appointments almost all within a very short time. Prices sometimes high while other times with honest discounts. Always small interventions if we want, but maintenance or replacement of parts performed properly, in my view. Dealership well stocked with cars (even as used) and very elegant. From secretaries to salespeople I must say very professional and polite. Let's talk about BMW at the end, so it's normal to expect high standards and I can understand complaints I read in some reviews, when that level is not met. As for me, I humbly hope to continue on this general line of satisfaction and, in light of this, I agree with 5 stars.

Excellent service again this year on the occasion of the service. In addition to the usual routine interventions, I had a problem with the display that forced me to leave the car in the dealership for 2 days. Initially I was dumbfounded (and a little annoyed) that the car would be kept for 2 days for a service (also because they had given me a replacement car for a fee). They then explained to me that the 2 days of waiting were necessary to get instructions from the parent company relating to a restart / reset of the display when they could (more easily) replace the entire display (at an exorbitant cost). MORAL: I was not charged for the repair of the display and I was not even charged for the replacement car that I had available for 2 days. When you invest in a new car, professionalism, availability and here they are. Sales team knows how to welcome and understand the customer, they can even guess what you want before even asking for it. History Mini does the rest but their touch makes it yours alone.
A beautiful BMW dealership with the means correctly and comfortably displayed. Good welcome and kindness in the norm. Few means are available for the tests especially if you ask for the petrol ones, not to mention the electric ones. However with a little effort you can get a quote.

Today I arrive and the seller tells me that he is following customers but he arrives. This goes on but we would miss it. After 40 minutes he asks a colleague of his to follow us. My colleague tells me to wait a moment because he has to talk to a gentleman (who arrived well after me). He tells me that Saturday is like this. 1 hour detour between return and 40 min waiting time. I don't know how such BMW dealerships can exist. Impossible to contact, they never reply to emails (sent 8 0 responses). The worst bodywork ever seen, look how they finished the fender of my BMW, an inadmissible job, not even worthy of a beginner.
Experience with the service to say the least embarrassing. I took the car for repair 3 times without identifying what the problem was. At the fourth time I complained of a breakdown, they checked my car and, after hearing it, they told me that they would have contacted a sales person to manage the exchange of used cars and purchase of a new car! Are we joking? Do you break the machines and then ask to give them inside ?. After constant complaints I got the repair at their expense but before singing victory I want to test the car for a while ... EMBARRING service staff! Stay away if you want to avoid throwing your money and time away!
Let's start from the fact that I live in Canada and I'm used to a level of customer care that in Italy has not existed since the days of the lira, or maybe it never existed.
