Read carefully .... I begin by saying that I went to ask what type and color of liquid I have to put to my mini and their response with an air of superficiality was "usually the blue one is used" when in reality after various researches I discovered which goes the red one. ladies this is nothing compared to what i'm going to tell you. after buying the new key because i had lost it 180euro I went there as per the procedure to get it coded. i was told to wait about an hour that they would have done everything! After about two and a half hours the "mechanic" arrives telling me that my mini has some problems with the control unit, because he has done everything to make the key work but it doesn't go that he doesn't open and nn closes with the keys because the car nn reads the key (the car was fully functional until the day before). said that I told him nn what to do with a key nn not work. his answer was stat to which nothing can be done and that I cannot be reimbursed. then I left after paying about 40 euros to no avail. The nice thing was that I went to the car and as if by magic the key worked perfectly. how come?
I bought a car a short time ago, until the sale everyone was kind and caring, instead since I had problems with the car everyone has disappeared. Staff not serious. This review does not refer to the dealership itself, which in terms of position and presence is certainly important, BUT to the management of the decidedly BAD SERVICE sector. There is no type of communication with the customer, since the switchboard after many attempts bounces you to take charge of the number at which you will be called back automatically and ... punctually DOES NOT call anyone back. Car brought for 2 interventions under warranty: stopped for 15 days, including a small processing damage caused by them, which they then fixed after a good 2 months! (at my request and which was not reported at the time of delivery to the customer). Car ready for pickup from the weekend and delivered mid-week after, as no one calls you to notify (or SMS or mail or other channel ... ZERO!) Including the fact that I physically passed there to get news on Saturday (given that nobody called me) and promised that they would be interested in contacting me again, which did not happen. Despite everything, I later wanted to give more confidence by making an appointment well in advance (I still regret it) and brought the car again for another intervention: same dynamics, plus the fact that the processing was not carried out according to them for internal reasons ... then another stop and waste of time, with all the consequences of the case! After 4 days, I make an appointment at another official BMW Service and done everything without problems in just half a day! So it makes me think: where is the seriousness? the customer focus that is expected from a brand like BMW?

Bad experience. I called to book an appointment to see and test a used car, I was told that they would call me back but they didn't, at this point I called again and after praying for an answer if the car had been ready, I they said to go there too that everything was ready. 15 days ago, my old car did not pass the overhaul and therefore I had to find an alternative.
I did a brief internet search and got in touch with the Auto Vanti dealership in Monza.
After a short interview with the receptionist, I was contacted by Stefano.
Two days later I went to see the car in the dealership and finalized the purchase. In addition to the price, delivery was my concern.
Stefano immediately made it clear that he would not be able to deliver the car in a week, but I did not understand the reasons. In a couple of days I fixed the bureaucratic and financial part, so I wanted the car. But unfortunately it was not possible.
I thought: I did my part, but the dealership didn't.
We are so used to having everything right now.
We did the Saturday contract so I wanted the car the following Saturday. Moral I was unhappy and I took it out on Stefano.
On Monday, we talked to him and told me that the car was ready for delivery on Tuesday and that he would not be present.
He told me that I would be contacted by his colleagues in the product genius. In the end yesterday with Miss Ilaria I closed the paperwork, after I spent about an hour with Gabriele who explained to me exhaustively the whole car. in 9 days I brought my toy home.
