Thursday 23 November 2017, delivery time: early afternoon ... we arrive at the AutoVanti car park, a car ready, mirror polished, with a huge red bow on the front hood ... first surprise, particularly welcome, great sensitivity towards the customer.
We look at the inside of the car and ... second surprise, a MINI onesie for the little one that is coming, this too a very welcome, almost embarrassing surprise ...
We enter the dealership and the girls at the reception welcome you with such a big smile, kind, friendly, helpful, also very attentive to customer needs.
What to say more? a particular event transformed into a beautiful memory thanks to simply spectacular people.
