very well appointed building, restrooms exceptional clean, and up to date

This is perhaps something that could be remedied via the conventions and events using this venue, but clients will go to the end of the hallway for Ballroom C, thinking D will follow, but it's on the opposite side of the building, 2 floors up. Perhaps rename them based on floor #s?

Stopped by for the gaming expo at SXSW. Huge place and clean restrooms.

Its a generic convention center with the tackiest carpet you've ever seen

Easy to navigate and close by the rest of downtown!

I'm in the ACC every spring for SXSW and the fall for NIWeek. The Convention Center staff is incredibly helpful and the surroundings make any conference nice to go to.

this is a great place to watch shows. Enjoyed taking my daughter around for events. Really cool during SXSW

Great facility. We use it multiple times of the year for our Keller Williams Realty meetings such as MegaCamp.

A 3 day expo here and you'll see that they have all their bases covered. A BIG expo floor, large 1000+ person meeting room down to small break out rooms. Convenient facilities and they do a great job to hire great staff that manage the meals.

This is a HUGE convention center, there could be lots of things happening all at once! The only thing I would love, it's for it to have more catering stations of starways to move within floors.

This convention center in HUGE! many things may be happening at the same time! The only thing I would love to have was that there would be more places to buy food and that there would be more stairs to move between floors.

very large and home to many events in austin like local volleyball tournaments, boat shows, SXSW...not too easy to get lost in

It s just a convention so it depends on the convention though they often lack outside signs to help people navigate when hosting multiple events and want people to use certain entrances

Parking here is not easy, especially for big conferences.

Huge conference center where everything is well organized and very tidy.

The W-Lan is quite slow on the SXSW. In addition, you sometimes have to be very patient to be able to hear certain lectures, as the lines are very long. But that is due to the conference.

This place was the best! Loved RTX 2016!!! I'll be back one day! I love my "Keep Austin Weird" Tye-Dye, one of my best Tye-Dyes! Be sure to buy one while here for RTX!!! Bring your own food for snacks, food here is very high priced.

Went here for an event. Clean bathrooms. Wheelchair access every where.

Was there for the rooster convention but couldn't get in because you had to purchase tickets ahead of time on line

Huge building capable of having several events going on at once, plenty of food nearby including food trucks. Overall a good place to be.

The convention center is giant! The escalator/elevator situation is a bit confusing, but the location is great. Tons of great food options available within a block or two.

Thus is a good place for just about any event, there is lots of food places close that u can walk 2 ,lots of parking and I've always seen security personnel walking around. I've been here at least 7 times 4 different events and was never disappointed

Great place to have a convention. Make sure to eat lunch at noon, the cool shops close at 2

Big, largely impersonal convention center, like most others.

This is a great Hotel, very good staff however the location is tricky. It's right there by the train and it's a dead-end streets so can get stuck. Not a lot of parking. Plan to park and walk or use valet ;)

The place where you will find the top events at Austin

Was here for SXSW. Throughout the festival was very customizable to the different booths and events. Had frequent bathrooms and helpful staff.

Great place for corporate conferences and large events.

It was a great place for our national Scentsy family reunion.

Attended the RV show. The place was organized well, was clean, and we had fun at the event.

The convention center seemed really well managed and organized. The layout required a large amount of walking but other than that is was quite pleasant.

it even has smaller workshop-sized rooms for a more intimate briefings, if you want to give a presentation to just 30-40 people.

The entrance is on the corner of Trinity and Cesar Chavez. Once you enter be prepared to answer a bunch of questions about the president of Egypt. If you don t know the answers they show you a slide show and give you a bunch of brochures. Great experience! Learned a lot!

Got to go to RTX. The place was huge and accommodating. Ventilation and cooling was fantastic, no issues here.

Was here for spiceworld and it was very clean and nice.

The layout of this convention center is absolute garbage. You have to walk all way around to get anywhere.

Great facility for conferences etc. Easy to get around and lot of space.

I, like many others came to Austin to attend RTX, this convention center is very clean and very large. Thousands of people, it was a little cramped but not too bad. My only complaint was the fire marshall and his measly two metal detectors. Needless to say, it took awhile to get through that line.

I asked at SXSW. Like the "keep austin weird" slogan, a lot of quite aggressive challenges get together and break common sense in a good way. People who show and see are open-minded, and just walking around will open up a new door. The convention center has many corporate booths, but it is not a so-called trade fair, so it can be enjoyed quite a lot.
Also, there is a room on the 2nd floor where artist installations are on display, so please take a peek at it!

Food prices were horrible and not the best place for any athletic event. SEATING SUCKS

The staff that I meet were nice. The bathrooms were kept well during the event.

Nice building. Was here for SxSW so very crowded but location is perfect. Surrounded by great places to eat and entertain.
