The Austin convention center is a great place to come for events. The staff is friendly and helpful and well organized. Being here at SXSW was crazy but organized. Bathrooms are clean and water is free and replenished quickly. I would definitely recommend coming to a event here

The center was very open and easy to navigate with good open room from vendors and events, while maintaining cool during the summer and without sacrificing style.

Attend Conference here, ballrooms and meeting rooms are great. Main event spaces are huge and in convenient location surrounded by nice hotels and restaurants. Electric scooters and cycles available outside, can use to quickly get around city.

The event we went for was good. It would have beem nice to have more than 1 entry into the event. There were plenty of potential access points. I am sure it comes down to costs but it makes the convention center itself come off as cheap.

Great place for large conventions. Attended both Dreamhack Austin and UIL Robotics championships

Haven't been to any other convention centers but this one was great. Very large and roomy. Multiple levels with tons of rooms and plenty of space.

It is a great place for large-scale conventions and events. It contains all the necessary space and is central and very clean.

My only complaint about the ACC is that it fulfills the Lone Star State's traditional brag, "Everything's bigger in Texas." This convention center is large, with multiple levels, and it's a long walk from front (Cesar Chavez Street) to back (Fourth Street). The ACC staff is very good at putting on big events and configuring the facility for the specific requirements of an event. I've been to the Design Automation Conference and NIWeek at the ACC, and I was impressed how the facility accommodated both events, offering plenty of meeting rooms in addition to the exhibition space. NIWeek 2016 had the biggest press room I've ever experienced! Enjoy having your event at the Austin Convention Center!

Very clean and friendly place to visit, extremely customer service oriented

So big... I wish they had moving walkways like the airport. For an older person this would have been very difficult to navigate. Not enough people giving directions & large maps of each floor would be great. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but there was a lot of noise during our meeting - apparently there was construction on an adjoining room???

Hard to get inside. Had to walk a couple blocks around the building to get inside.

Excellent place. Everything is extremely clean and taken care of. They do everything possible to make the conventions a meeting of great ideas.

The facility is pretty decent. Expect to walk a lot.

I've been to a million events here and it's always been great. tons of space, looks modern and clean, great view of the city. convenient parking garage (unlike many event spaces in austin)

Parking is challenging, lots of vagrants outside of building, but nice facility just a stone's throw from the capitol

Parking is a block away, but a convenient walk. Probably cheaper to take the train into downtown.

Great center, here for RTX (Rooster Teeth Expo) lots of people and lots of room.

Can be confusing to get to the correct floor since not all floors are accessible from all parts of the complex. Other than that, great space with tons of room.

Good place for a small convention/conference. Austin is a great town!

Have been there for UFC fights and a concert. Both were awesome experiences. Short walk from parking structures. Traffic not too bad when exiting the area. Many choices to eat or drink in the area after your trip there. Security was good and not too invasive. Very enjoyable attending this venue. Recommend attending anything here.

Ever been in a building that felt like important things should be happening just because the coffee is so expensive? THAT.

Parking is not easy, street parking is the cheapest way to park

Crazy fun for SXSW!!!! Huge center with lots of overpriced food and large conference rooms. Holds many events throughout the year. Parking is expensive around the building and there is always construction.

Great venue with lots of space in a good place of downtown. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

The convention center was as welcoming and efficient as the event I attended it in. The staff are capable and hard working, passage layout of the floors are amazing, and it shows wonderful views of the city of Austin in most directions. Stop by and get a glimpse at this hub.

Had a great time in the real estate wealth expo held at the Austin Convention Center.

Very roomy and clean. It's a good place for any size venue. The food is tasty and healthy

Was here in September for what was supposed to be Keller Williams annual Mega Camp convention and pivoted to become Mega Relief.

The convention center became ground zero for relief efforts for Houston and the victims of the hurricane.

I was impressed with how smoothly everything was run and the pivot that was made. Kudos to everyone at the convention center that made this a HUGE success!

Great convention center. Tons of space. Free WiFi. Easy to access in the heart of downtown.

Pretty tall ceiling 60 feet maybe. Very clean, this event wad cool.

I went here for the Rooster Teeth convention and loved it there!!! Can't wait for next year!

I attended for a conference there, it is a very large place with easily accessible snacks and drinks everywhere. The only confusing part can be that there are different stairs and elevators depending which upper floor you want to get to, but the staff is always available for help.

We are here at least every four years if not more often. It s a lovely convention center with everything you could ask for including really cool art.

We did have some small issues with av/video but we were able to fix it, thank goodness.

Always look forward to returning.

Large & small rooms. If you like to walk this place is very spacious. Rooms & restrooms are clean. Friendly, accomadating staff. We attend annually for the capital city black film fest.

Great Venue space, really clean and plenty of room for a large crowd. They have a small small cafe and lots of restrooms. It also has the Hilton right next door. It looks like they may be added a bridge to connect the two. Tons of restaurants near by and plenty of parking.

This place is huge! South by Southwest was amazing. The event was well organized and catered to the chaos that the convention brings.

Confusing layout, poor signage and long walks to absurdly numbered rooms.

It was ok ..they need todo some renavations..maybe if they bring the super bowl to Austin they will revamp it like Houston did it's cc

Spectacularly huge convention center. The place was clean, but very challenging to find specific rooms.

I peed here like 6 times, smoked my weed vape 4 times, made out with a babe 2 times, and found out Alex sold out sxsw artist badges once here.

This is laaarge and spread center. Found very annoying that there was only one coffee/food spot and the design of many rooms and signs could be much improved.

Went for 2017 RTX great experience nice facility.parking is tricky though .

Come here during RTX in the summer... you'll meet some awesome people.

A very wide place, in which several comic conventions have been held, apart in the surrounding diameter there is an unparalleled number of family bars and restaurants or simple restaurants to meet in a personal appointment or interview.
