Their customer service is SEVERELY lacking. They simply dont care if you shop there or not.

I have purchased a meyer snow plow (installed) and had major mechanical work done on my kubota 900 rtv. Generally, the overall service is good, but not exceptional. A lot depends on who is working the counter on any given day. From all the mechanical things they have done I am very satisfied with the results. Since they are much closer than Spokane it does not do any good to price shop if you have to drive 80 miles to a competitor.
