As far as convention centers go this one is fine. The location is good, lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The services inside leave a little to be desired - coffee and water are overpriced. For the most part it is clean and easy to get around.
Spacious venue close to parking in the middle of downtown. Everything one can expect from a convention center. The internet wasn't the fastest but it was free to access.
Amazing place for Vueconf, good temperature at rooms, and in downtown near to good places to go after conference
Huge facility which can handle SXSW events to Auto Shows. Really great place to check out whenever you are in town.
Went to a dinosaur convention, it was everything and more for my son. Wish the venue was bigger but I think that's all they purchased.
I've been to a conference here the last three years. This is a great venue for conferences.

The traffic situation around the ACC is horrendous, as are the parking options. The facility itself is nice and spacious, but the overall inconvenience of attending anything there tempers any excitement.
It's an all purpose venue. There have been boat shoes and game conventions and so much more.
RTX was awesome but the convention security was not. Anytime you left the main floor you had to go through a TSA type screening which had a huge line. Seriously this does nothing for security. If you want to do this do it BEFORE people enter the building not before they enter a specific room.
Nice place. Bathrooms were clean and it is close to lots of food options. Good food in Austin too.
Was here for RTX. There was an issue the first day regarding metal detectors and security checking bags being very slow. Otherwise a nice place, quite comfortable.
Really big convention center. Everything was great except for an escalator that was broken. Food was ridiculously expensive too $4.50 for a 20oz Soda.
This was my third time to this convention center it is easy to get to and plenty of room for events. The only problem I have with the center is nearby food establishments that are open on a Sunday late afternoon or evening. Then parking is terrible who enjoys paying $16.50 for two hours to park in the mud parking lot
Every year we always go to the boat and RV show here. It's a nice accommodating location. Clean bathrooms. My only grip is parking. I have lived in Austin my whole life and just like all big cities there is no longer any free parking.

Very roomy and setup for meetings very well. Just a tad crowded for my liking outside on the city streets and sidewalks. Inside though is very spacious and setup nice.
It was ok ..they need todo some renavations..maybe if they bring the super bowl to Austin they will revamp it like Houston did it's cc

I had a real blast coming this convention center but what scares me the most some homeless walk around here. Never ask for money but a place go to bathroom.
Attended OpenStack Summit. Signage could use improvement. Facility looks and feels modern.
Visited this place for SXSW. Really well done and organized. its a lot bigger inside than what it looks like from the outside.

They always have interesting shows and/or exhibits come there.
Surprisingly rigid policies arround timing and availability. Willing to let food and drink sit around getting cold rather than allow people to serve themselves 3 minutes early.
Went here for Dreamhack Austin back in May and the convention center was perfect. 2 stages for professional games and a ton of space for the massive BYOC.
Nice place good location but parking is a challenge
I really like this convention center. It's fairly new looking I'd like the way the convention rooms open out onto a large hallway with floor to selling windows that span an outdoor patio that runs the length of the building.
everything was a bit hard to find, but it was clean and fun and the food provided was good
Convention Center was nice, but not easy to get around in. You can't circumnavigate it, so I spent a lot of time going 270 degrees around the perimeter from one end to another.
Always clean. Restrooms have small stalls but clean. Staff is friendly.
This place is huge...making it easy to get lost inside. It's in a great location downtown, close to the river, 6tu street bars, and Rainey street.
Nice location and huge convention center but there are issues with this convention center. There is no easy way to get from one end to the other. You think it would be a circle but it s not. The cafe inside is nothing to rave about so if you want good coffee, there are plenty of options right outside. The bathrooms are all kind of old.
