Good god this place gets packed. Enjoy RTX every year and there are several good hotels in the area.

Confusing layout, poor signage and long walks to absurdly numbered rooms.

Attended the National Council of the Social Studies Conference. Venue was very comfortable and well kept. All center employees were very helpful!!!

Mega structure, with different dimensions of rooms and formats. Perfect for the SXSW! The location is also great, close to several restaurants and bars in the city.

Very large, weird configuration of stairs and floors and elevators

Went to the RV show they need to have driveable rv's and less pull behind trailer. But it was still good.

Spectacularly huge convention center. The place was clean, but very challenging to find specific rooms.

I'm here for SXSW, this convention center has been prepared well for international level events though it's not a giant venue, it fits the needs for international venues

Big place. Picked up a race packet. Cool setup. Parking is what you expect for downtown.

Large place but we'll organized. Visited for SXSW EDU and everyone was very helpful. Was a presenter and they did a great job having areas for us to prepare.

Come here earlier on and you'll have a better idea of what to visit over your stay! Then, come back to buy something to keep the memory.

This is a nice convention center over all. The place is clean and the parking was not to hard to deal with.

great location in a great city - clean facilities, lots of natural light and a variety of space to use. highly recommend for an event or expo!

Was here for a LEGO event with my kids. Everyone had a lot of fun.

I ve been to business conferences since 2011 in Las Vegas, San Francisco, Orlando, Nashville and Chicago. This place is easy to find, plenty of room to move, exhibit and present and plenty of hotels, food and drink in a walking distance. It s at the top of my list for favorite places for business conferences

This convention center is in a great location within the city of Austin, is always clean, and seems well staffed. The bathrooms are also very clean for public bathrooms.

Food and beverage options are horrible for having an event there.

Great venue to host mega conversations. The facility is clean, has free WiFi and close to many other attractions.

Right in the heart of Austin we love coming here every year for the running event. Accessible via scooters, Uber, cab, bus great convention center with all the amenities!

I appreciate how spacious this was for the event I attend. There is a large number of halls available. It was nice and clean.

Getting around this convention center is really annoying especially if you have to go to the other side for a session. The upper floors don't seem to be connected completely like the ground floor. It was faster for me to take an elevator back to the ground floor and back up an escalator to get to where I needed to be.

Nice convention Center but i think the layout is a bit confusing.. Like how rooms are numbered

Brilliant facilities and large enough to handle the 1000s at SXSW

Really great convention center. I have been for several different events. The location is very convenient. The building is kept very clean. There is a lot of space for a variety of events.

Great place for corporate meet ups,usually very busy during March when Sxsw is in full effect.

Came into Austin for a convention. The center is pretty big, it's a great place if you can catch something cool at it.

Very clean, very big! Had a great training session here. The staff is really friendly and I like how they have healthy options in the vending machines. Very close to some yummy restaurants as well.

Good space, parking is awful as is with most of Austin. They have cool coffee stations, ones where you place your order online and get them at the machine or standard coffee stands.

Great facility! Needs more water fountains in the convention hall.

This is a large convention center with lots of different size rooms. Would be suitable for every event.

It would be nice if they had both escalators going up or down depending on which way the majority of the convention participants are going.

Great events here! The staff helped me when I was lost.

A great place to visit for South by Southwest, however the security was lacking. It made me a little bit worried it during some of the events during the 2018 South by Southwest, there wasn't any large presence of security.

The convention center is nice and the employees are friendly. The only issue I had was the homeless problem in the area they can get aggressive and sometimes can be scary. I was staying in the Hilton and they had a sky walk to the convention center so I just started using it to avoid street level.

Nice place and parking is real close to the convention center and it's not expensive at all .

The Austin convention center is a huge location, so sometimes it took awhile to get between the various sessions at the conference I attended. Thus, plan accordingly and make sure you have up to 10 minutes to go from one end of the building to other, if you're at a large conference. Additionally, it was sometimes hard to find an available bathroom. The number of bathrooms definitely did not seem to match the capacity of the building.

Convention Center was nice, but not easy to get around in. You can't circumnavigate it, so I spent a lot of time going 270 degrees around the perimeter from one end to another.

Clean, there needs to be more restroom locations with larger capacity. Is a large conference center that can accommodate many, even though some rooms are a maze to find

Having a great time at RTX this year. They have great guardians that show you around and the place is nice

The facility is well laid out. And the staff and security personnel are friendly. I also liked the updated technology, e.g., signs in the corridors that would update with the time and current events. But there is evidence of delayed maintenance... small things that are broken or not working properly. I also wish there was more available parking nearby.

There are many conventions and shows here. We attended the home and garden show. It's at least a 2 to 3 hour event if you want to see everything. Good venue for things like that.

Great center, here for RTX (Rooster Teeth Expo) lots of people and lots of room.

Easy to get around and find various rooms. Friendly event staff. Bathrooms were clean and we'll stocked.

Came here for rtx. On day one, the convention center staff thought it was a good idea to put in two metal detectors for entry to the main exhibit hall. With over 50,000 attendees this created a huge bottleneck and made the day a waste. The next day it was resolved, but I don't understand how that big of a mistake could be made in the first place.

We have been to several events here (rock & gem show, auto show and now the RV show) and we enjoyed them all. The restrooms are always clean and stocked. The convention center is a great venue for these events with lots of room. You do have to park a few blocks away but the price is reasonable.

Organization of events is pretty good. Been there for NIWeek 2017 and really liked it. Clean and easy to navigate. 2 public multilevel parking garages right next to it which makes getting there a breeze.

This place is huge, has many rooms for several simultaneously planned events and the staff members were very nice and helpful. Nice views too.

Get ready to walk, the convention center is huge! Excellent auditoriums and conference rooms. Everything works fine!

Parking is not easy, street parking is the cheapest way to park

Went for Wizard World and gotta admit, the place is a little barebones. Perhaps that was the event organizers not sprucing it up, but I have been to other conventions in similar convention centers where the location obviously had some work done in preparation.
Aside from that, this place was easy to get to and made for a great navigation point while touring the downtown area. It was within reasonable walking distance to several wonderful restraunts and unique stores.
