My purchase was on line so I didn't actually meet anyone. However, that in itself made the successful completion of the sale potentially more difficult. That said the helpful and accurate advice with good communication led to a successful sale and pleasant experience.
Great prices too and significantly cheaper than Birmingham Audi (In Solihull) which is only a half a mile from where I live.
