After being asked to take a seat to await a service engineer, the receptionist then forgot to ask anyone to come to attend to me. I needed to go and find someone myself, no apology given.
One other occasions the service team are very slow to react to waiting customers who need to drop their vehicles off. Mercedes customer care is in a different league I am sad to report. This is the clincher when it comes to buying my next car.

The sales staff who looked after me were excellent. Professional yet very friendly. Where I needed confirmation of a point they were patient and made sure I understood.

The coffee was also excellent by the way.

Ryan made buying my first car so easy. I don't have much knowledge about cars, so I told him what my budget was, and let him work his magic - he didn't disappoint! The whole way through the process I haven't stopped laughing at his jokes. He definitely showed a genuine interest in looking after me, and was definitely enthusiastic, very positive and helpful! I would definitely recommend Shrewsbury Audi to all my friends and family, and I would definitely tell them to ask for Ryan at the desk to ensure they have the best experience!

Dealt with Jes Smith, brought my company car in with technical issues, and Jes could not have been more helpful! :) She even dealt with the autolease company for me and arranged a hire car for me as there was not one available for me to use for an upcoming business trip, while mine was in for investigation!

would certainly recommend!

I will definitely be back for another Audi when its time to change again! :)

Bringing my car in, for a fault hopefully to be dealt with under warrenty, Claire helped from the start, ensuring all areas would be handled and i had nothing to worry about. Communication was great from Claire at every step i was made aware of development's. The car was ready quicker than planned and the paperwork with the warrenty all sorted. Couldnt of asked for anything better, again making Jardine motors at Shrewsbury the best choice, also having Claire deal with the car, i couldnt of asked for more.

All was quite satisfactory and the salesman was very helpful. However on two occasions we left messages with reception requesting a call back, but on both occasions this did not happen. A slight blip in an otherwise excellent experience.

Once again the Audi team were brilliant it's always a pleasure from the lovely helpful reception ladies to the sales people especially Alex Ratcliffe-Barrett he has always been so helpful always rings me back if I have any questions this is my third car and I don't think I will be moving away anytime soon

Took my Audi A4 in as there's a tiny spot of corro...

Took my Audi A4 in as there's a tiny spot of corrosion/bubbling (which will get worse) on the bootlid near the glass. Yes the car is nearly 12 years old but in immaculate condition throughout apart from this.

Some lad come out from warrenty department and had a look and said its not covered under the Audi 12 year paint corrosion warrenty. I asked why, he said it's because it's near the window and the glass has been removed. So I argued it's still the Genuine Audi glass that's date marked correctly to match the vehicle so it is the original glass in the car that's never been replaced. He then said its been tinted and glad has been removed for that. I said WHAT, for a start it's not tinted and second they wouldn't remove the glass to tint it anyway. He then tried to say a stone chip has caused it. At this point I was getting annoyed
trying everything to get out of a warrenty claim, how the hell can you get a stone chip on the boot. Either way, there is no damage whatsoever on the boot that could have caused this corrosion. He didn't seem bothered and sent me on my way. For a premium car, I'm not happy with the customer service at all. All this paint corrosion warrenty is a farse. As usual, it's not covered.

Emailed Audi twice with photos but no reply whatsoever.

Shame really as this was my first Audi but now I know nothing is covered under warrenty, I won't bother spending my hard earned cash on another Audi again.

Pointed out that I d investigated the updated software and noted it to have excluded passive regeneration. This was not the case pre fix.
The service was completed and I was informed no software had been altered. However, since the service, my car has had a lengthy regen after every trip. One continuous 110 miles and a few short runs locally. This is now worse than before.
I rang for service yesterday but have yet to be called back.
The car was fine until the fix, now just going from bad to worse. The staff are clearly being fed like mushrooms and kept in the dark. Despite an appalling performance in Parliament Paul Willis remains in post covering his backside and those of his German masters.
All in all VAG have lost themselves and the German auto industry all credibility - and cost the country dearly. The car came back to you on a service plan but even considering the TBM I may be forced to seek the help of a remapper or just out the car ASAP. After 8 Audi s this is a very sad state of affairs and you should be ashamed.

Courteous and Efficient. I always bring my car to this Audi dealership as I find the service to be thorough and of an excellent standard.
From arrival to collection and all the bits inbetween, you're kept informed of progress via phone call, email or text and receive a health check video.
The staff are always helpful courteous and professional.
If you require a courtesy vehicle it's best to book well ahead. If you plan to wait for your vehicle there is a comfortable seating area with hot and cold drinks available and a TV if you feel inclined.
The car always comes back washed and vacuumed - an added bonus.
Thank you Audi Shrewsbury for taking care of my vehicle and me!

Had a couple of items fixed under warranty. Absolutely no quibble about fixing them. I was kept in the loop about when the work would be done and then updated while it was in progress. All in all a very good experience.

Our adviser Jon was awesome from start to finish, professional yet friendly and backed up by an excellent knowledge of the entire Audi range. He and the charming business manager provided very helpful advice which I am glad we accepted. Everyone we came across in the dealership was first class, well done!

Professional, helpful and very friendly staff, Ryan Evans was easily one of the best salesmen i've had the pleasure of working with when purchasing my Audi. He was massively helpful when listening to my requirements and made the entire process of purchasing my Q3 a delight, give this man a raise.

In addition Andy Morton was extremely pleasant and helpful with sorting the final paperwork and documents and the receptionist there are truly lovely and professional people.

Every one is friendly, honest, delivers to your promises. I have been coming back to Shrewsbury Audi for over 10 years. The service has only got better during this time. The people are more like family then people doing work for me.
I have been to other Audi garages and asked for quotes - I have been told some right stories and inflated cost. I have then come back to Shrewsbury asked for the same quote and have been told what has to be done with a price that is more realistic. Then completed the work at a fair price. I trust the service people implicitly - I would come back every time. Tina on reception, Clare, Johathan, Matt, Jess, in service, Vicki and Charles Sales, David all absolutely brilliant. They make me love coming into the showroom

Awful customer experience. Booked a test drive, salesman barely said two words to me on the drive other than to give directions, and when we got back to the dealership he proceeded to ask my husband how I would like my car speced up. Doesn't seem like he got the memo that we're in the 21st century, and, amazing as it might sound, women can afford to buy their own cars. I guess the fact that I had to request three callbacks on three consecutive days to confirm the test drive probably should have given me a clue ....

Bought an Audi A3 sport couldn t fault the sales team they were lovely and friendly but our car after 4/5 weeks were just on the legal limit on the two front tyres, oil light came on this morning so I phoned them up the service manager was in a meeting so he was supposed to call me back but never I tried again and got through to service manager then he had to reboot his laptop so couldn t speak to me and said would call me back he didn t because he went back in a meeting so Olivia called me and told me to bring it to the garage so took the car to the garage and then was told the tyres were just above the legal limit and the oil was low the tech guys were brilliant but it wasn t their decision so had to go to some pompous man which was apparently another service manager and said there was nothing they could do about the tyres as they were just on the legal limit of 3. Now I don t know about you but when you buy a 19 grand car you expect it to have new tyres on it but they would t even change them and then tried to offer us a discount on new tyres I was appalled even the tech team said if it was up to then they would have but it wasnt they would expect the tyres to be changed especially when we have had the car 4/5 weeks not happy and the manager that made that decision ought to be ashamed of himself so they just filled it up with oil and sent me on my way if you buy one from there make sure your tyres have got enough tread and your oil is filled right up because mine didn t

This is a great garage. Having received dreadful customer service from my local Audi dealer ( same group) I made the decision to go to Shrewsbury to buy my first Audi two years ago. Simon Charles made the whole process easy and he was patient, knowledgeable and informative. When I collected my new car the process was made very special indeed.
I am now taking the car back to them for its first service and will certainly return there when I want to change the car.
Well done Shrewsbury!

Their service was exceptional, loved the video done during the MOT as it showed they thoroughly check the vehicle. Very comfortable waiting area with hot and cold drinks available.
The Service Manager gave a debrief once it had been completed - great personal service.

I find the Audi attitude very dismissive. I've had endless issues with my car since the emissions update and as soon as it's an expensive job, 'no it's definitely not our problem'.

I am very reluctant to take my car here for anything and in this case I had no choice because of the issues I've had. But clearly the dealership are done with me, so the only way I will return is if I am forced to.

Only interested in the sale. Disappointed that they promised to carry out a full check of the car. On test drive tyre pressure warning light came on. This was pointed out. On collection same light came on. Did they even bother to check the car. Also lots of leaves trapped in the front grill. Again if they looked at the car up on ramps this should have been cleaned out. The mileage advertised was 5000 different to actual mileage shown. How long was the car on the forecourt and was it used by everybody to rack up 5000. If I bought this on PCP they would have certainly charged for the 5000 miles difference at what ever the mileage charge would be. Also should the car not have reflected the difference in mileage. Very disappointed.

Clare in the Service Team was very friendly and informative and kept me updated all the way through the repairs. Shrewsbury Audi were also flexible on the amount of time I kept the courtesy car for as I was away on business. The showroom is spotless and everyone was friendly and helpful - and my car was returned washed too! Highly recommended.

From start to finish Vicky and the support staff were friendly, efficient, and kept me well informed.
My new S5 is amazing. Vicky sourced the car I wanted at a very competitive price, arranged my trade-in, sorted the PCP, helped with the transfer of number plates, and presented well for hand over - all within 7 days !
As always, I can't fault Shrewsbury Audi.

I have had multiple dealings with Shrewsbury Audi ...

I have had multiple dealings with Shrewsbury Audi now and they get worse and worse. From the moment they get your money they are no longer interested in you. The service department don't ask the most basic of questions, are slow, and after a number of cancellations on their behalf they haven't repaired my car. Worryingly I have an intermitant problem with my brakes on my.brand new car, and the service department have advised me to keep on driving it and let them know when the warning light comes on again. This has new happened 5 times and they have had it in 5 times. They have told me Audi UK are aware of this fault, but are telling them not to fix it... after a complaint, I was told again that it is an intermitant problem and as it is now working fine, I should stop moaning. A real shame as my Audi A6 Black Edition is a fantastic car, and some basic issues with the service team really not looking after me and fobbing me off isn't the way to get my business in the future.

First time using this audi dealer and i have to say that the level of service i recieved was outstanding. Dealt with Simon Charles who made my whole experience in buying my car stress free. Nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate for one minute in using this dealership again and would reccomend these guys to anyone. Keep up the great work.

Not very impressed with Audi today took back new car with a fault unable to give a date as to when it will be fixed all due to a computer update required from Germany .. Shrewsbury Audi staff great as usual it's not their fault , Audi need to get their act together & get it sorted ..

Awful.
Took my car to have oil change which i had believed would be quite simple (8.30). On arrival the person dealing with me who was a manager turned up and hour late leaving me to be seated for 30 minutes with no clue on what was happening. Once they had arrived all the documents that they apparently sorted were for the competely wrong person meaning we had to go through all details. After sorting this they then gave me a courtesy car which stated to have no damage on but on inspection had a serious paint scuff on the front bumper, also the vehicle was supposed to have half a tank of fuel and had barely a quarter. Then on arrival of retrieving my car again, I noticed a black oil mark which removed revealed my vehicle had been scratched on the front right bumper and also another scratch to the rear of the vehicle. Overall will not be getting another audi from this dealership or be recommending them to others. Keep away.

Like a lot of sales situations, the quality of the service you get at Shrewsbury Audi comes down to the salesman you are served by. Below is a 'one star' review I wrote previously, documenting my experiences with this dealership over the many years I have lived in Shropshire. However, recently I decided to give them 'one more chance' (because they had yet another car I was interested in) and I have to say that things were very different. Some of the salesmen I'd seen before were still there, but there were also some new guys that had come in since my last visit. I was lucky enough to be served by one of them (Ewen) who turned out to be incredibly helpful and approachable - the direct opposite of what I'd found in the past. On the basis of his professionalism, I have to change my rating for Shrewsbury Audi and say that they deserve to be given a second chance.

One star review from the past..............

Unfortunately, this dealership typifies the 'Audi Attitude' at its very worst, with a lazy, arrogant approach to customers that has to be experienced to be believed. I live locally and have visited on 3 occasions, each time with a significant amount of money to spend on a new car. Every time, I have been ignored or patronised by salesmen who spend most of their time lounging at their desks, playing with their phones. As someone who works in customer service, I have been appalled at the total lack of professionalism displayed by sales staff who always give the impression when they are talking to you that they have 'something better to do'. So they didn't get my order for a Q7, or and RS4 or an S1 for my wife, as a result. There are plenty of other good car dealerships locally. Go somewhere else where they will appreciate your custom - that's what I did!

Very disappointed!
Was requested to take our car in for recall repair as well as Gearbox oil service
Was advised the our car would be filled up with fuel as a goodwill gesture due to the recall.

Assistant who dealt with us was L****
It is as I stressed to L****, nothing personal to her, but I would not have stated what I did if it were not stated to me. I have not got the time to waste, but sadly my and my wife s Time was wasted as we were allegedly called in relation to not returning to the dealership to collect a misplaced baby seat. But we did not receive a call. Again when this was challenged L**** could not give proof of making a call, even though we could prove there were no missed call from the dealership.....

If I had one adverse comment it would be that I think note should be taken of how the customer had the car setup and efforts made to return it in the state. My chair was moved, the mirrors, the climate control settings were all changed, the sound system had been changed to different settings on the radio and then changed to my media library. The adjustment of each I understand may need to be done to check their function, it would raise the bar on the level of service though for them to be put back!
