My whole experience with Shrewsbury Audi was very good, from the reception staff the salesman and the sales manager. So unusual with big dealerships. I not only came away with a new vehicle but with a positive feeling.

Clare is always an ambassador for the business when we are making bookings, being updated on vehicle progress and this makes the whole experience very easy.
Neil has also been a great source of assistance over the past 12 months with advice.
Both are certainly on my Christmas card list :)

After having a very bad experience with another Audi dealership from up North, it was with trepidation that I chose to use Shrewsbury to work on my New Audi TT. I needn't have worried as they treat you like royalty. I think the cost of the work is very reasonable considering it is Audi! I have taken my car there now several times and have been pleased each time. You are very well looked after, especially as I tend to wait whilst the work is completed.

My wife took the car into Shrewsbury Audi for its service as I was away on business in Brazil - the staff were most helpful to her. She is studying to be a teacher and needed a place to work whilst the car was being worked on - the staff found her a desk in the office, checked she had everything she needed and made her coffee.
When the car was ready all the work carried out was explained and the car cleaned / returned to her.
All in all a hassle free experience - from my wife's comments I would not hesitate to recommend Shrewsbury Audi to anyone.

We bought a 2017 S4 Avant from Shrewsbury Audi and the service was excellent. We'd be looking for a car for a while, as we wanted one in a particular spec, and the car needed to be as described given it was a 360 mile round-trip from Surrey. Our salesman Phil did an excellent job, the car was exactly as described and nothing was too much trouble - and I am a very picky car buyer. I would definitely deal with Shrewsbury Audi again based on this experience.

My vehicle was immediately protected with seat covers on arrival. The service manager took time to explain times and means of contact and was very helpful. I was contacted to say my vehicle was ready and when I arrived is was as clean as the day I bought it. Very pleased.

I have given a "No" to promises kept as two separate orders I placed for a car already in UK Audi dealerships were both subsequently cancelled and my car was eventually ordered directly from the Audi factory in Germany. Begs the question as to why my order could not have been handled this way in the first place.

Took my TT to Jardines for replacement of window r...

Took my TT to Jardines for replacement of window regulator. A manufacture fault covered by warranty. Apart from reception the customer service was appalling. At the time of booking the repair I was informed no technicians could be spared to secure my window in the closed position as opposed to it being fully open and jammed. I remain astonished that a dealership could be so dismissive of what to me was an emergency. Thankfully the Volvo dealership on Featherbed lane secured it, Free Of Charge!

The car was serviced 10/11/14, book stamped, 3 days before I purchased it. But because it does not appear on Audi online system, the repair would not commence unless I agreed to the service.
Even the car computer shows it IS NOT due a service!
I lost count the amount of times I heard the words " Audi policy", what it means is, if we can wriggle out of a free repair we will.
What Audi policy should state is " if we produce a vehicle with a manufacturing fault we will issue a recall", not going to happen.
Will I go to Jardines again? NO!
Would I recommend them? NO!
Will I buy another Audi? NO!
The repair is going to be carried out by another dealership at my own cost, Jardines will never receive money from my pocket or touch my car again!!!
The one star is for Debra on reception, polite, professional and attentive.

Adam the sales guy was very friendly and very efficient explained everything to us regarding the car took the pressure off us by taxing the car and dealing with the log book.Also the manager came to talk to us regarding the sale asking if everything went well. Would definately return to Audi

Everyone at Shrewsbury Audi were extremely friendly and looked after us well during our visit. The sales team were particularly helpful and attentive in helping me to make the right choice with my new car, without the normal sales pressure, which I have to say would have put me right off. The purpose of our visit was to see what our options were, as I was looking to upgrade my current VW Golf later in the year, but hadn't yet made up my mind what to go for. We visited a few dealers that day, for comparison models and wanted to gather information to take away and consider our options. Well I bought the car! That says a lot about the service we received from your team. The finance department were also extremely helpful on the finance side of things and got me the best deal possible on the vehicle I had selected.

I did have a couple of issues with regard to contradictory information with the mileage on the car. There was a discrepancy between the advertised miles and the actual recorded miles and felt this should have been updated, as it could be misleading. This was taken on board and explained by a member of the sales team.

I love my new car and feel confident that I can contact Shrewsbury Audi at any time I may need advice or reassurance.

My Audi is the 16th car i've had, and i can honestly say i will never go to another car manufacturer again! I've been so impressed with both my Car (an Audi A5 Coupe) and the service i have received from Shrewsbury Audi. All the staff, no matter which department have all been so attentive and professional. I would highly recommend Shrewsbury Audi, for both the purchase and upkeep of any audi! Thank you.

Apart from the fact the 2 new cars that I've purchased from you have had prepaid service plans but when you contacted me to book a service I was told that you had no record of this, when questioned about this I was told that it was because they were cash purchases.
It was only because I had kept the original paperwork that I was believed. I feel that this should be looked at and remedied. Mr D B. Telford.

we have been customers of shrewsbury Audi for eighteen years now and the commitment is still the same , to give people an exceptional service . We have just took delivery of our new A3 and I must say the whole experience was brilliant from the time we went in to the garage to sort out a new car, to the time we took delivery . We found all the staff very helpful and proactive from the moment you walk through the doors .

Your questions don't allow for a true picture. The service was very good but as with a lot of customers it is getting very complicated. Lovely people but being ushered from one person to another and booking via service centres is not conducive to great experience. Most people want simple good competitive service without the high heel dollybirds that can hardly walk across the showroom with their heels. People like people. Purely from a brief time and study motion whilst I was in the dealership I ascertained that your costs of duplication which also gives rise to misinformation must be horrendous. The old saying is keep it simple and do what it says on the tin. Do that courteously and with a smile on your face and it is 10 out of 10 everytime.

My recent experience with Shrewsbury Audi was excellent. All of the girls on reception were extremely helpful and took care of everything to do with my case from the beginning. Matt Smith in service was brilliant in keeping me up to date with the work on my car and helped me a great deal with the arrangements that I needed for transporting my car.
I am extremely grateful to all the staff involved for their pleasantness and help.
