Very helpful, needed to view the car and purchase on the same day due to work commitments, Really happy with the service.

Slow service and no access to courtesy cars. Their excuse: COVID-19.

Both Debra and Jes were really friendly, welcoming and very helpful, keeping me informed along the way and through the day. It was a very good experience. So please pass on my thanks to them both.

was in communication with salesmen regarding UTR , and instead of advising , i receive patronising message first thing in the morning then the tone changes and told the part now isn't recommended for my car (we are conversing about a Dash Cam) seriously !? purchased same item elsewhere

I wouldnt recommended anybody booking a courtesy car under the age of 21 because you ll be let down due to insurance. I have had my car booked in for 5 months and not once did they ask if I was over the age of 20. When I booked my car in 5 months ago I was dealt with Clare at the Shrewsbury garage and she is the one that booked it in and didn t check my age and basically wasted my time and fuel going today to get my cam belt replace and mot because she didn t record my age. Simone called me yesterday left a voice message leaving details on my car being booked NOTHING ABOUT MY AGE!!!!!! THEY EXPECTED ME TO GET TAXIS AND TRAINS AROUND SHREWSBURY ARE YOU STUPID. THIS IS AWFUL AND YOU NEED TO SORT YOUR SERVICE OUT, YOU SAY THAT YOU HAVE COURTESY CARS BOOKED IN ADVANCE FOR 3 WEEKS BUT IVE BEEN BOOKED IN FOR 5 MONTHS DOESNT MAKE SENSE. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AND NOT HAPPY THAT ME AND MY PARTNER BOOKED A DAY OFF WORK TO GET THIS SORTED AND YOU LET US DOWM US YOUR USELESS!!!!!! You are only losing out on 600 pound because your staff don t know what they are doing. Dissapointed is an understatement!!!!!! Angry
