I had a preowned 2014 Audi Q5 that I received in October of 2016. I loved my car and it handled the road beautifully. Several months later I returned to Audi Lynbrook to express my concerns to Sales Rep. Andri Cruz. I told him that I wanted to change cars again for the "2018" Audi Q5. Mr. Cruz reiterated throughout my visit to think "positive and believe that CHANGE is coming..." On the same day of my visit I was approved for a 48 month lease. Mr. Cruz gave me an opportunity to TEST drive the car, as he continually explained the major differences in the 2018 version. Throughout the paperwork, I felt comfortable working with Mr. Cruz to make "change" happen. He demonstrated having the ability to speak honestly about the business transaction, he fully explained the paperwork before I signed anything and further prepared me for the challenges of speaking with the finance manager to make more good things happen. I STRONGLY urge prospective patrons to ask for Andri Cruz' assistance. He is simply wonderful, delightful and knows everything about Audi cars. Andri is patient, understanding and professional; he will become the next District Manager giving hope to many and making good things happen.
