I went to the Audi in Lynbrook instead of the one I usually go to in Suffolk. After having a long, annoying day at work, I was putting off going because I was tired and worn out. My salesperson, Jennifer D put me in the best mood. Besides making me forget about my day, she made me laugh which I haven't done in a long time. I would go there after work for therapeutic reasons but I'd end up with my own showroom of cars...lol She had this infectious attitude and her enthusiasm when she was telling me about different models made me hang on her every word...I wish I loved my job like that. She knew more about each car than most guys do (not to be chauvinistic), but I know a lot about Audi's; she knew more. I'm a control freak too but for the first time I actually went with her advice regarding which model to get. The model I got was exactly how she described it and I was extremely impressed by her knowledge of each model. I don't know where they found her but I referred my friend who was looking to get a new car. I told him to make an appointment and to ask specifically for her. I just wanted to say thank you once again for the perfect car and making a day that started out bad into me going home in a good mood!!

I met with Dax earlier this year to check out options for trading in my leased Chevy Equinox which was up in November. He showed me the the 2018 Q5 and I decided it was a little too soon. My family and I returned last weekend and we test drove the 2019 SQ5 and the 2019 Q5. We decided on the Q5 and then came back the next day to talk financing. Dax was fair, professional and worked with me as I got the price I wanted. No typical tactics but rather welcoming sales approach won the day. Great experience. I m definitely going to look for him when it s time to lease again!

I have purchased many cars before but never received an experience like this. I walked in to Audi Lynbrook on Thursday night to look at a New Q7. I never expected to be greeted as I was under dressed to be at this showroom. Anyway. I was introduced to Andri Cruz. I was skeptical at first as I have not had good experiences with salesman. I have to say I was impressed from the way he spoke about the Q7 to the way he presented the features to me. I felt like he knew me. He went over the vehicle in detail. Like I said never had an experience like that. On the day of delivery he proceeded to show me how to work all the options on my Q7 and even took me for another test drive to show me how to use the adaptive cruise control since I got that package as well. I know there is no auto drive but this is pretty close. Thank you Andri and Audi Lynbrook. You guys are the best.

I have dealt with Audi Specialists in three other Audi dealerships - Manhattan, Queens and Great Neck. They were all pushy and not up-front on pricing.

On the contrary, a totally different experience with Asia J. at Lynbrook. She was professional, personable and proficient. I was so impressed that I purchased the vehicle on the same day. After that, Asia J. worked into late hours to contact my insurance company to make sure everything is ready for me when I pick up the car on the following day. Even though I am familiar with the new vehicle, Asia J. took time to explain and help me setup with the new car. It was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend others and buy from her again.

I do have to share that my post sales process with the Business Manager was quite disappointing. The Business Manager did not care to take time to explain any of the add-on services. This person just read off the sales sheet rapidly without pausing to ask me for questions and feedback. When I inquired why one service has a different price on the sheet than what they had on their website, the reply was I put in the VIN and that is what I got... .

If it was not for the outstanding service I received from Asia J., my rating with the Business Manager would have been a one star.

Their technicians are not very well trained. They could not find the problem my car was having and I had to pick it back up and take it to a different Audi Dealer. Very disappointed

From beginning to end, all the employees we met during our quest to buy a new car, were professional, pleasant, knowledgable and provided a superior customer experience. When we picked up the car, our sales representative, Barry Cohen, spent a substantial amount of time with us going over all the features of the car, many of them highly technological in nature to a tech "civilian" until I was comfortable with each of them. He also offered his assistance at any time in the future, should this technically challenged person need remedial training! Andri was my salesperson at Audi of Lynbrook. I have purchased cars from BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover/Range Rover, Infiniti and Porsche but Andri was one of the most helpful and patient salesmen I have ever worked with. He kept the dealer open and his finance manager available for me to complete my deal at 10:30pm on a Friday night as I was stuck in Connecticut and couldn t make it on time. I was constantly switching back and forth between NY and CT as the states to register the car but he didn t show any signs of annoyance as we redid the paperwork. Even on the day me and my wife went to get the car, we spotted another car we liked and said we d rather get that one and Andri had no issues at all switching over all the paperwork and insurance paperwork for us. I have literally no negative thoughts about working with Andri and the entire Audi of Lynbrook staff. I am glad that my families first Audi was through Andri and Audi of Lynbrook. Andri and his staff are amazing and I highly recommend anyone who wants to purchase an Audi to give them a visit. You will not be disappointed! Thank you guys!

Prior to having my Audi truck, I've had both Mercedes Benz and BMW cars and have had nothing but horrible experiences when servicing my vehicles there, including them ALWAYS telling me something else was wrong and it would cost more than expected at pick up. All these bad memories went away when I met Paul Hoffman at Audi Lynbrook!!! I was greeted with a smile and natural conversation while he inquired about my needs and set a clear expectation of what will be done in my vehicle as well as what recommendations they had via a follow up call. I had no idea people this competent and relatable still existed in the car service industry! Not only is he friendly, he's very efficient and thorough! I brought my car in for a 55k mile service and upon receipt of my vehicle, I noticed the complimentary car wash which topped off my great experience! Every one at Lynbrook ; Sarah who responded quickly on -line on a weekend and took a deposit for the exact car I was looking for (as others were also considering purchasing it) to Sonny who kindly met me at the airport, and Crystal who totally had every aspect of purchasing the car in perfect as -described condition (walk around video included), education on new electronics and gadgets, insurance, and a huge red ribbon to top it off, to Nick who had all the financing, title, plates, etc all wrapped up in one neat envelope, was pleasant, warm and friendly, efficient and professional to work with.
