So disappointed with the loaner car management. Everytime I come, I call weeks ahead to schedule a car for service and to make sure a loaner is available. Each time, they make me wait as well as dont have a car even available to me. On top of that, Raymond has called me and was extremely rude to me and unprofessional. He called my cell and my work 3x in a row to interrogate me about the loaner car, accusing me of it smelling like smoke. On top of that he started to talk to someone else while on the phone with me. Extremely disappointed with Raymond and this part of service. Due to this, I will not be returning to Audi lynbrook or my 5 family members
