From first walking into the dealership, it was evident that customer service was key. Mike Rakowski showed us exactly what we wanted and didn't try to push us in another direction. He looked for every way to make sure we were getting the best deal for our dollar and getting what we wanted. He didn't pressure us and, instead, let us make the right decisions as we had visited several other car manufacturers to compare with Audi. When it was time to wrap-up the deal, he got Geno Walsh involved to ensure we were satisfied. Even though this was a cash deal, Tony Carenza made sure we knew all of the options regarding financing or leasing in case we wanted to compare with a cash deal. Mike explained the service department's and other dealership awards which helped us decide that Audi Coral Springs was right for us. Mike has made several follow-ups to ensure we're satisfied. Audi Coral Springs has already surpassed the customer service we have received from another dealership where we purchased a 2012 Mercedes.
