I hate or hated going into dealerships. Wasting a day and getting aggravated was the worst. Today I received a call from Trevor Tolchin regarding an inquiry I made. I told him what I was looking for and where I wanted to be for price range. In less than 10 minutes he called me back with a price , answered all of my questions with amazing patience and had my new Q3 ready for me when I arrived at the dealership after work.
