very very very very horrible service.. Just got off the phone from the customer service. not recommended at all. Asked if they can contact their driver for the delivery, I was told they can't even contact their drivers to find out the location of our package. what kind of delivery is that. They can't even contact their driver.

Abhorrent customer service. I use this service for my office and they constantly hold a lack of accountability towards every step. When an issue occurs it becomes a huge problem because they lack the means or drive to investigate the source of the issue. You have to follow-up constantly even after requesting a response on an issue with your packages, only to get non-answers. On top of their incredibly rude and inadequate staff they also charge through the roof for their service compared to other GTA courier services.

Absolutely horrible service. I order hellofresh so it's important that the box gets to me SAME DAY, otherwise all of the meat that I order goes bad and they do not send out replacements. ATRIPCO...for some reason..kept my box of food for 28 hours, only to be delivered late the next day and arrived looking like this, as if a gorilla took to it. Should be ashamed. Oftentimes, it comes leaking as well.

After working as driver for this company for three years I was treated unfairly, there is no respect for drivers, they used me when it was convenient to them and just took away my job without any consideration. I never gave them problems, always followed the rules and new policies even though they had a constant turnover in management, they were disorganized and badly managed. So much for the loyalty. They only care about and protect themselves while not providing any security for their drivers.

Another subpar courier service that does not listen to simple delivery request to not safe drop packages in insecure areas so that a customer can readily actually get their package. It's disappointed that Indigo has found the bottle of the barrel to use.

Horrific customer service. My order was shipped with them Nov 25th. I've spent the last 2 weeks calling almost everyday and no one can tell me where my package is or when it will get delivered. Their CSR yelled at me today when I said I don't want to wait again for someone to investigate and call me back. NEVER NEVER EVER EVER SHIP WITH THEM!!!! It's now Dec 23 and no one can tell me where my package is.

A zero star would be apt for this company. My Indigo order showed as delivered on Jan 2, but I did not receive it- the website has status as delivered and received by FD. When I called the company multiple times- they said 'oh it shows FD which could either mean front door or failed to deliver'. Then they proceeded to say that the driver will be delivering the item later. I called them again this week as the website tracking information changed to In transit from delivered (yup the reverse), and the CSR lady told me that the item would be delivered within 3 days.Thankfully Indigo has shipped a replacement item through UPS who delivered the item on time and at the right place. Thank you for your terrible service, completely inaccurate information from your team and basically for nothing.

I use Atripco as a small business owner to deliver...

I use Atripco as a small business owner to deliver small packages overnight. The ordering service is friendly. They come to pick up my packages when they say they will, and they follow my pickup and delivery instructions.

As well, the packages have all been delivered in a timely fashion. The value is good, I don't need to order a Purolator or FedEX for these small jobs.

Tracking says my Indigo package was delivered to the door. It was not, and we were home at the supposed time of delivery. Contacted company and they said I need to contact Indigo. Indigo needs a different courier. Indigo is resending the order, but will arrive after I needed the items.

terrible company and this is coming from a company who uses there services...do not deliver on time..have had several issues,2 this week...callled "customer svs supervisor" yest personally and left a vm..my secretary called 5 times...even left message with person who runs the show there and a day later still no return call...obviously will be looking at taking my business elsewhere..

My conversation with Cassandra was a completely satisfying and pleasant experience. I don't recall when I last felt such positive energy from a staff member of any company. My questions were answered courteously and promptly, and delivery and pricing options clearly spelled out. Cassandra is a credit to your organization, and for that reason alone I would recommend your company's services without hesitation.

Wish I could give zero stars. I've had the unfortunate luck to receive delivery from this courier twice over the past few months. The first time, the delivery person left one of the two packages I was expecting in the hallway of my apartment building without buzzing, knocking, or calling. This caused a great deal of inconvenience because I had to contact the company that sent the packages to find out what happened to half of my delivery. They had to send out a new item a few days later because we could not determine whether the original had been stolen from my hallway. The second incident happened this week - again, the courier left the box in front of my door without knocking, etc. I'm not sure why Atripco's delivery people have such an aversion to knocking on doors or dealing with customers face to face, but I've had to contact the company that I ordered from and tell them that I won't be able to do business with them while they use this courier service. The only thing worse than their delivery service is the customer service you'll receive over the phone - dismissive and rude is how I would describe the Atripco representative that I spoke with this week.

Terrible customer service and completely unreliabl...

Terrible customer service and completely unreliable service. I placed an order on Indigo more than 3 weeks ago now that was shipped with Atripco. After a week of the tracking showing "In Transit", I contacted Indigo who got in touch with Atripco and determined the package had been lost. Indigo took responsibility and sent out a replacement on Nov. 29th.

On Wednesday, Dec. 4th, when the tracking info for the replacement order had been showing "In Transit" for 3 days (for a delivery between Toronto and Burlington) I called Atripco directly to follow up. After putting me on hold repetedly while she looked into things, the woman I spoke to said it appeared it had been picked up but that she needed to get ahold of dispatch to verify where it was and she would call me back.

By Monday Dec. 9th (5 days later) no one had called me back and the package still hadn't arrived, so I called Atripco back again. This time I was told there were a lot of notes on the file and that the woman I spoke to no longer worked there which is why no one had called me back.

The woman I spoke to this time then proceeds to put me on hold while she looks into it and eventually comes back saying it had just been picked up THAT morning. Not only was I told 5 days prior that it had been picked up, it would also make it 9 days after I received the tracking info and that their own site had been showing it as being in transit?

Seemed like a lot of excuses that directly contradicted ach other, and coupled with the fact they'd already lost the first shipment, needless to say I had a bad feeling... The woman assured me however that she had spoken to the driver and that the package was on the truck for deliver THAT day. Monday.

It is now Tuesday evening, 11 days after the REPLACEMENT shipment was sent by Indigo and two days after I was assured that it was being delivered THAT DAY, and it still hasn't arrived.

I honestly don't know why Indigo would use this company?? I've ordered from them many times and the packages were always sent via Canada Post wihout issue and MUCH faster. Dealing with this company has been an absolute joke. Will update when/if I ever get the shipment.

My very expensive package from Indigo was deliver...

My very expensive package from Indigo was delivered but I didn t actually receive a package!! No one buzzed to get into my building and no one knocked. I honestly cannot believe Indigo is using this courier. I ll be calling this company later and update my review with the results.

Update: After reaching out to Atripco, they said they ll contact their management and get back to me within 24 hours. After 48 hours of no contact, I reached out to them again and now they re saying the order never existed even though I have the order number with their Atripco marker.

This is a very shady company and I ll never order from Indigo again while they hold a contract with Atripco.

I just read the review by Grace Meany and it was exactly the same thing that happened to me. I ordered from Indigo. I tracked the package, initially it said it would be delivered on the Monday. I waited till Friday, no package. I phoned the company and was told it was delivered on the Wednesday. The driver left it on the porch. I said it was unusual that nothing was there since I order from the Bay frequently and there is never a problem. I always have my packages. The lady at the company said the driver had a problem with the machine so she signed off on it.
Strange. I was told to contact Indigo also. They reordered and now I am also worried that no package will be delivered. Perhaps Indigo should consider a different company. My faith is badly shaken. I have asked my neighbour to check their cameras to see if indeed a package was delivered.

I ordered something from Indigo and it was supposed to be delivered by Atripco. However, I never received my package, despite it saying delivered. When I called customer service, the lady told me the driver did not deliver the package because it was an unsafe drop . She told me she d try to get in touch with the driver and she d call me back. But, I never received back. Instead, when I called back the following day, the customer service was terrible. The woman assured me the package was delivered, even though it wasn t and said she couldn t do anything. She was pretty useless, so I think it s quite baffling to imagine what her actual job/purpose is? All she told me was that I needed to call Indigo. When I asked for a manager or someone that could better assist me, she said there was no one. I m extremely disappointed by this service, as it seems to be run quite poorly. I d appreciate if someone from the Atripco team could get in contact with me to help locate my package and restore my faith in this company. I had to ask Indigo to send a replacement package which they ve also mistakenly sent through Atripco. So, I m extremely worried I will never receive my items which are supposed to be gifts and I need ASAP.

They left a pile of Indigo packages in my building lobby, didn't call up any of the people who owned the packages. Ours had the call up code very clearly marked. This is the most unprofessional delivery I've ever "recieved"

Terrible experience. Hello Fresh was supposed to be here on Tuesday - 4 business days have passed and still have not received my perishable items. Delivery driver selected delivered to my package on the scheduled day of delivery and noted it was left with apartment security (which my building does not have). Verified the delivery address with Hello Fresh, checked with my superintendent, asked all other apartment buildings on my street if it was delivered there in error, checked our building security camera for any sign of a delivery driver. I called the courier directly - not allowed to receive any information as communication needs to go through Hello Fresh. Filed a logistics inquiry through Hello Fresh where they inquire with the driver. I ve followed up multiple times and the driver has still not responded to Hello Fresh s inquiry. Too much of my time has been spent looking into this. Surprising Hello Fresh continues to work with them with many other reviews noting the same experience. For my next product shipment, I switched delivery days to avoid this courier, and filed a formal request for my delivery to not be assigned to this courier in the future.

Said package was on route for delivery several times but have not received any packages. They had offered nothing but sass and presented no concern for customer service. The absolute worst to deal with.

And then when finally my package was delivered, over 10 days late as per the shipping label, they just laughed it off like it was no big deal.

Well ain't that just wonderful. Terrific business.

I order Hello Fresh (HF) so it's important that the box gets to me same day. This is my third week with HF and the third time Atripco has failed to deliver either on time or at all, although it is often marked as "delivered" when it has not, in fact, been delivered. Last week they delivered two days late, even though that is against HF's policy due to the nature of fresh food boxes. I was looking forward to receiving my food box this week, but have been told it will not arrive this week. I'm disappointed with this courier service. I wish they would deliver my food boxes. I see from another recent review I am not alone, including that the box sometimes comes leaking as well. I hope they will figure out whatever is the matter and be able to deliver food boxes in a timely manner really soon to all those who order them!

No idea why Indigo would use this company when Can...

No idea why Indigo would use this company when Canada Post provides superior service. My item was supposed to arrive days ago. Online tracking says it is on its way. Called customer service and they said it's not even on a truck but maybe Monday and no they won't guarantee it will arrive before I need it.

Atripco has gone above and beyond my expectations with a rush shipment. Not only did they find me a solution to a problem i was not having much luck getting fixed, but they provided excellent customer service! Level of Care was A1 from Their rep Erica.

All of the reviews are based off people who work here. They just use you and dispose of you. As to prior reviews, those are people who've actually worked there for a bit and were treated poorly because of those higher in the company. Likewise you will find two of the most nicest people there and wonder why they work there. Surprised they're still operating, been around for many years no improvements in their business haven't gotten to even expand as big as FedEx or UPS.

Very disappointed that Indigo uses this company. At 10pm at night they apparently delivered a package "to the door." I was home, I heard NO knocking. I checked my email 1 hour later & then looked in the hallway, mailbox, no package. This is an awful courier service, I'll not order through Indigo again if it's through these guys.

I definitely sympathize with some of the other people here. I'm sure their experiences were bad, but I thought I should say my own. My package from Indigo got here successfully, and on time, delivery person was friendly and followed the instructions I left on the door to the T. I'm very happy with it! I removed 1 star just because I feel like the website is a little outdated and the tracking information could be more accessible: i.e. have a list of where the package has been, and be updated more frequently.

Shipment was said to be delivered to 'FD'. When calling Atripco customer service, I learned that 'FD' meant front door. If package was left at the front door of my apartment building, it was either STOLEN or NEVER DELIVERED. I was home at the time of delivery, but never received any notification via intercom or phone call. Customer service at Atripco instructed me to contact INDIGO directly for further action. INDIGO re-sent another shipment with my order- but this time I had them ship it to a store as so there would be no chance of Atripco Delivery Service getting their hands on my books.

Never got 2 of my packages and now another package...

Never got 2 of my packages and now another package is lost.

Two of my Shipments (from Indigo) was "put inside the front door' But it was supposed to be delivered to my Bakery business address (Which the Front Door is where we see customers)
-That order seems like it feel off the truck

and now my other order cant be located
This doesn't seem like a courier i would trust with my packages !
So Far out of 3 packages I haven't received any of them

Update - November 27 2018- One More Package has been unaccounted for.
