Wish I could give zero stars. I've had the unfortunate luck to receive delivery from this courier twice over the past few months. The first time, the delivery person left one of the two packages I was expecting in the hallway of my apartment building without buzzing, knocking, or calling. This caused a great deal of inconvenience because I had to contact the company that sent the packages to find out what happened to half of my delivery. They had to send out a new item a few days later because we could not determine whether the original had been stolen from my hallway. The second incident happened this week - again, the courier left the box in front of my door without knocking, etc. I'm not sure why Atripco's delivery people have such an aversion to knocking on doors or dealing with customers face to face, but I've had to contact the company that I ordered from and tell them that I won't be able to do business with them while they use this courier service. The only thing worse than their delivery service is the customer service you'll receive over the phone - dismissive and rude is how I would describe the Atripco representative that I spoke with this week.
