Terrible customer service and completely unreliabl...

Terrible customer service and completely unreliable service. I placed an order on Indigo more than 3 weeks ago now that was shipped with Atripco. After a week of the tracking showing "In Transit", I contacted Indigo who got in touch with Atripco and determined the package had been lost. Indigo took responsibility and sent out a replacement on Nov. 29th.

On Wednesday, Dec. 4th, when the tracking info for the replacement order had been showing "In Transit" for 3 days (for a delivery between Toronto and Burlington) I called Atripco directly to follow up. After putting me on hold repetedly while she looked into things, the woman I spoke to said it appeared it had been picked up but that she needed to get ahold of dispatch to verify where it was and she would call me back.

By Monday Dec. 9th (5 days later) no one had called me back and the package still hadn't arrived, so I called Atripco back again. This time I was told there were a lot of notes on the file and that the woman I spoke to no longer worked there which is why no one had called me back.

The woman I spoke to this time then proceeds to put me on hold while she looks into it and eventually comes back saying it had just been picked up THAT morning. Not only was I told 5 days prior that it had been picked up, it would also make it 9 days after I received the tracking info and that their own site had been showing it as being in transit?

Seemed like a lot of excuses that directly contradicted ach other, and coupled with the fact they'd already lost the first shipment, needless to say I had a bad feeling... The woman assured me however that she had spoken to the driver and that the package was on the truck for deliver THAT day. Monday.

It is now Tuesday evening, 11 days after the REPLACEMENT shipment was sent by Indigo and two days after I was assured that it was being delivered THAT DAY, and it still hasn't arrived.

I honestly don't know why Indigo would use this company?? I've ordered from them many times and the packages were always sent via Canada Post wihout issue and MUCH faster. Dealing with this company has been an absolute joke. Will update when/if I ever get the shipment.
