I ordered something from Indigo and it was suppose...

I ordered something from Indigo and it was supposed to be delivered by Atripco. However, I never received my package, despite it saying delivered. When I called customer service, the lady told me the driver did not deliver the package because it was an unsafe drop . She told me she d try to get in touch with the driver and she d call me back. But, I never received back. Instead, when I called back the following day, the customer service was terrible. The woman assured me the package was delivered, even though it wasn t and said she couldn t do anything. She was pretty useless, so I think it s quite baffling to imagine what her actual job/purpose is? All she told me was that I needed to call Indigo. When I asked for a manager or someone that could better assist me, she said there was no one. I m extremely disappointed by this service, as it seems to be run quite poorly. I d appreciate if someone from the Atripco team could get in contact with me to help locate my package and restore my faith in this company. I had to ask Indigo to send a replacement package which they ve also mistakenly sent through Atripco. So, I m extremely worried I will never receive my items which are supposed to be gifts and I need ASAP.
