Staff is amazing. Place is amazing. Water park is amazing. We loved the place so much. I really want to go back.
A bit far from the center but who needs to go to the center when you have all of this at your disposal.

Excellent place, royal hospitality for suite bookings, good food and lots of fun in The Lost Chamber aquarium, and Aquaventure Waterpark

Very elegant and comfortable place in every thing, from reception by cars handling guys until you wake up the next morning, highly recommended for families and couples.

A nice hotel and we were upgraded a room. The visit to water park, dolphin show is must.
In basement is a huge aquarium themed on lost city of Atlantis. You can some serious money for Dolphin play or just idle on beach and later take a dip in the pool.
The water slides are great and many more attractions await. Expensive but unique

A luxurious hotel with lots of attrations like : an aquarium, arcade, drinks, water park fun and more.
And dont even get me started on the luxury cars

Amzing resort stay with breath taking views and facilities

Nice hotel, great food. The water park and aquarium entry are included and a nice bonus. Food and drink prices are completely unreasonable, bordering on extortionate. We had half board which made it manageable, but it is not ok how much they charge.

Great Hotel i recommended for the family because they have one of the best water park and the kids will enjoy it very much and the parents.

Looks good from a distance but not as elegant when inside.

Amenities aren't as 5-star compared to others. Hotel itself is definitely one of a kind. Aquariums inside the hotel were very nice. Alot of restaurants to choose and can get lost easily. Retail shops are also nice addition to this establishment.

Free unlimited access to the water park and aquarium when you are in-house guest.

Front desk does not know what 5-star customer service is. We were offered an "upgrade" but they also failed to inform us or perhaps deliberately not told us that there were renovations (drilling, jack hammer, strong smell of paint and other sorts of noise) in the wing that we were on between 9am and 2pm. The idea of sleeping in went out the window. We complained about this to the front desk couple of times, no apologies were given nor suggestions, and just confirmed that there were renovations going on.

Will we stay here again? To put it simply, no. There are other 5-star hotels that are more prestigious and elegant than this hotel. One experience is more than enough.

There are some funs...but not fully entertainment... Sometimes feel boaring ...

The facility is fantastic, there are plenty of restaurants on site that serve first class dishes. Particularly if one got kids it is much more convenient having dinner at the hotel instead of eating outside (e.g., JBR or La Mer). The aquarium was a highlight for our daughter every time we passed it. The beach / resort area is also very nice, there are enough sunbeds for everyone, two pools (one activity pool) ensure the younger ones much fun. The entire area is very clean, the personell is exceptionally kind. Excellent Service in the Imperial Club Lounge. We also used unlimited access to the Aquaventure Water Park, which was terrific.
Altogether a perfect destination for an unforgettable family vacation,i hope this reviews and photos helps you guys thank you do like if you like it

Checked in at the hotel at 2pm as informed. Had to wait an hour to get the room. Now it s almost an hour & our luggages are not yet delivered. Called three times up to now. No response. Ridiculous & total negligence. DO NOT RECOMMEND !

The check-in time was very long when it is busy. You can drop your bags to enjoy the remainder of the day once you check out but again if it is busy it will take a longer time to get them. Also the AC is not that strong in the rooms we had ours on full force but barely felt it all night so it was hard to fall asleep.

This is our sixth visit to Atlantis which says a lot about this place ! We love it here....the staff are lovely, very accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Everywhere is so clean. You really can't fault it ! You won't be disappointed :-)

Ohhhh this is an amazing place. Complete place for a family. The water park is like just wow. You ll have one or the other ride for your family. Let it be your kid or parents or anyone. Complete family place.

Very bad service and disappointing from 5 star hotel.. we are 2 families we came together and gave our cars to the main valet when we finished dining we wanted to take our car they transferred us to another parking and we waited for more than 30 min while my family took the car from the main valet We spoke to the supervisor and there was no any action from his side he just said what i can do. 2:29 PM 28 August 2020

Atlantis the palm is a place one should visit for the beauty of place , sea , hotel and facilities there. Made excellent construction which is Dubai famous for. Loved viewing the place. It was kool.

Probably the best resort in Dubai for families. I would really recommend to take the bio rooms where you get private access and the lounge for breakfast. They have family rooms great for 4. Restaurants are truly amazing, the steakhouse, Chinese and Gordon Ramsey were our favorites. Great activities for kids, recommend going on the waterpark from 9 to 12 as you have queues after.

Had a wonderful time staying here. The perfect palm island experience. The aquaventure water park with activities around are worth visiting. I recommend people staying here to explore places around the resort.
There are many restaurants in Atlantis I ve been to saffron which is good. If you re a fan of having dinner with a view then you must visit Ossiano.

Amzaing place to relax and enjoy...my stay here was superb....lots of attractions...lots of food... perfect place to stay at....

It was very nice stay. Front office executive Catrina helped us a lot to make our trip memorable.

Absolutely appalling visit. The check in process service was a shambles. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00, was told a room would be ready at 15:00. We returned to the reception desk (along with about 100 other people) to claim their awaited hotel room. After queuing for 25 minutes at the desk, we were told the room we booked wasn't available with no upgrades offered. After a heated debate a room was "found" for us and we were in a room around 16:00.

We got changed, headed to the pool, and was greeted by a sight more like something you expect to see at a Caravan site in Cleethorpes than Dubai.

We decided to head back to the room and order the children some food, it arrived 45 minutes later cold and tasteless.

Enough was enough, we checked out (the same day we checked in) and upon telling the lady on reception she wasn't shocked, didn't offer any refund for either the room or the half board. Neither of which had been used.

Awful for one of the most iconic hotels in Dubai!

The building is beautiful and have all the amenities for comfortable stay.
I had visited only the aquarium which was not worth the money I had spent. They a wide verity of fishies in the aquarium. But a lot of people visit this place making the experience miserable.

Nice place and very well presented a lot of dubai is fake to me this was a great retreat to. Find some nice things and get away from the skyscrapers and lambos

Its amazing! you feel fresh to go there. On the front side you can see a wide ocean. Whenever i go there I feel very fresh. The view is awesome. So much to do if you go inside. The hotel is seven star with all of the facilities.

Wonderful creation, you need to have lot of money and lot of time to enjoy this place as everything is payable. No free enjoyment.
Always ask for offers and combo offers. Combo offers work cheaper.
A must visit place, don't forget to take tram and mono rail rides

Ax, Atlantis. No words, beautiful! I tried compare Atlantis Hotel on Bahamas (I was there few times) and here. It s my personal opinion location in Bahamas little bit better. But Atlantis in Dubai more younger and has more option to have perfect holidays and rest. For example helicopter base very close to Atlantis in Dubai. I took a Heli flight and aerial view was amazing.

Everything was just Perfect!! Would love to come back soon!!

It's reputation needs no backing. It is a beautiful and elegantly designed architectural feat and one of the best places Dubai has in it's array.

I travel a lot but this was far batter than anything else I have experienced. The food, even in the coffee shops, was spectacular, the service as well. Worth every cent. I am most definitely going back. Dolphins, Sharks, aquarium, water park, I loved it all!

Overall execellent experience with great hospitality. Food was amazing with high quality and taste however there was an availabilty issue at restaurants due to limited seats coz of covid. Better book the time slot at restaurants as early as possible.

Water park access is complimentary with hotel stay, get the map from counter to avail all the rides. You can have some snacks and water with you if going through hotel entrance.

It s definitely extravagant and extraordinarily but not quite my thing . We went by rail which is nice and walked around a bit. We re not interested in the entertainment parks so little joy there. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful and the glass art by Chihuly is amazing. But that s as far you get if you re not a guest at the hotel.

The best place if your with the kids. Many water games are here to enjoy whole day. Good halal food to enjoy We love to come again and again here

Please buy your ticket 24 hour in advance online to save money. I saw people with coupon get better deals. If you are going with residents of Dubai let them present their resident card to get an even better deal for you. The construction definitely took away from my first impression. I've been to the other atlantis and the walk away to the attractions always gave away more visual amazement. Majority of the rides require a tube so get one as soon as you get there. There was one ride that made us wait about 45 minutes in the lazy river to begin the attraction part. Made the best of it ,but definitely come prepared. You'll get plenty opportunity to catch a photographer to snap a picture after a ride for you but the prices for the pictures are ridiculous. Two pictures are around $45.

Amazing place to visit as there are lot of activities to do . You can visit aquaventure , or have a evening walk by seaside, lost chamber aquarium, dolphin and sea lion bay

If you have kids this is the PLACE to stay while in Dubai. It has a water park, kids arcade, bowling alley, aquarium, and loads of foods spots.
Stayed in a new suite which was really nice.
Take it suite if it s in the budget as you will get access to the imperial lounge for breakfast, snacks and drinks. Room service breakfast is also free with a suite. Break was pretty much anything we asked for in huge portions. You also get access to the private beach with a suite.
To add: My son was unwell in the middle of the night while here and conveniently there is a 24hr pharmacy 10mins drive along the palm. Highly recommend Atlantis for families with young kids.

Absolutely beautiful resort. The water park is great for families and the aquarium is amazing. Food and drinks can be quite expensive. Take advantage of the complimentary water the hotel service offers.

We had a comfortable stay. We had a sea facing room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We are definitely going back for more.

For the room it was good size and very nice view on the biggest fountain in the pointe and the palm.

The breakfast was good open boffieh with lots of variety and very clean approach on the food services.

The Resturants I liked the seaphire and the gordon ramzy Resturants.
