Atlantis the palm Jumeirah Review

We had a great 3 days rest in this lovely hotel. The only remark, I would like to have more restaurants where you can come with children.

LOCATION , LOCATION , LOCATION!!! Expensive but wow what a location. Food is average but try for the a-la-carte menus which are much better quality. To stay at this hotel is great and the private beach and pool are wonderful. Car parking is plentiful and getting on and off the palm is okay, but can be expensive by taxi.

Big waterpark, hotellisi, restaurants.
Not the cheapests way of Living, but worth trying.

Absolutely amazing, great food, great setting and great everything.

the most exciting tour of Dubai. specially my stay at atlantis was amazing. its just mind-blowing.
from food to rooms, from pools to water rides, from aquarium to adventure sports everything is properly placed.

We spent a family weekend at the Atlantis. It was the most amazing staycation, our 5 year old enjoyed his time at the pool, the water park and at the Dolphin encounter. The kids club was amazing they took him to the Fish Hospital and he still talks about it.
The highlight of our stay was the Ronda the Italian restaurant , I had a toffee rib eye and it was amazing and the manager Mauricio gave our night a real taste if Italy. The kids play area was right next to the restaurant so our son enjoyed his time as we ate dinner!
My cherry on top was the spa treatment and facial!

Awesome place with reasonable rates.Its definitely a must to visit when in Dubai.

It's a very nice place for all kinds of people. Stunning facilities, amazing service, very clean. It's just so good. I'd also recommend spending your honeymoon there, you'd have so much fun.

The view and the feeling of luxury combined makes up for a very memorable experience. The food is just as good as the atmosphere. The perfect place to kick back and enjoy a few days off.

I love the Aquarium.. but I think it's short for the price but still worth it

Beautiful hotel. Checking was confusing due to no signage or people directing guests to correct check-in desk. Rooms beautiful, aquarium amazing and water-park fantastic. It was November and hotel was fully booked mainly due to Diwali it seemed. Didn't wait too long in restaurant queues though. Restaurants had large variety for breakfast.

I went to the extension of Atlantic hotel. Its a new restaurant called Wavehouse. It has an area where you can surf. It has separate bowling area, snooker and arcade games. And a beautiful terrace. Loved the view and setup.

Loved this hotel for a day visit. The aquarium section is a great place to take the family or for a coffee with an awesome view. Plenty of shopping and recreational activities, this place oozes opulence and has a great Atlantean feel about it. Well worth a visit!

The service is extremly bad! Room service takes long time and it took me 2 hours and more to wait for my car in the vallet!!!!!!!!

Nice exhibition but I expected it to be larger, especially after visiting the Dubai mall and realizing there was something similar there for free as against the 110 AED I had to pay here.

Words fall short, just to explain the experience that the place has to offer. Its truly a landmark at the end of the palm jumirah. Stands like a huge gate that welcome one to Dubai. It has one of the best water park right next to which is free for the hotel guests. Has huge pools, beaches, shops and restraunt to offer.

Atlantis is like a heaven brought down, everything in and around Atlantis is so perfectly made you feel like enjoying more, you also get inspired by the way others enjoy here.

The good: nice interior, lots to do (pool, beach, water park, aquarium, restaurants...)

The bad: super crowded on the weekends - couldn t find a single bed around the pool or at the water park; maybe 1 or 2 at the beach. Took 45 minutes to get the car from valet on Sunday due to many people checking out at once. Long wait to check in and check out. Forget about any social distancing.

The staycation offer clearly states breakfast is included but upon check-in they found it was missing in my reservation. Ultimately got solved, but I wouldn t be back.

This was not a 5-star experience by any means.

Atlantis Water Park is an excellent day for the entire family. The Park is a good size as it is not too big but has plenty to see and do with lots of variety.

The queues move quickly so you are not constantly waiting and spend more time doing.

The rides are on tube rings and both up water and down water rides are thrilling. The breakers bay wave pool is also advised for those who want to take it easy, laze the day away in a lounging chair while getting a little wet.

Eat somewhere else or don't expect a big meal available at the stalls all the time. The park is not charging extra for towels and locker usage, also the photos that they take of you at the park are expensive if you want to take one home. Overall very friendly staff, very fun rides, beautiful park.

2 minutes walk from the beach. Located on Dubai s Palm Jumeirah Island and enjoys a private sandy beach, the 5-star Atlantis offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. It provides an underwater aquarium, swimming with dolphins opportunities and complimentary access to the Aquaventure water park and the Lost Chambers Aquarium.

Amazing place to be even if you stopped over to see.

Firstly, the lobby is crowded people and less spaces for seating area. Feels like a shopping mall then a lobby.
The guest have to go through the lobby to the water park with swimming kit, which is not ideal.
Loved the waterpark buggy ride , it helped us to get to hotel easily.

Definitely loved it. Definitely quite expensive. It's just an experience that you might like to enjoy not more then one. Good food as well. One time experience for sure.

A perfect blend of wonderfully designed in&out, full of fun things to do and top-notch eatery experience. One must stay here if comes to Dubai.
Bottom line - Two thumbs up!

7 star. One of a Kind experience. Simply amazing. The views from the rooms are superb. Free access to Aqua venture and lost chamber aquarium. The rooms are very good. 23 restaurants. The buffet spread at the Kaleidoscope is a gastronomical delight.

Ok from the outside I m not a big fan. Inside the suite room was spacious and not small but the carpet was dirty we waked bare foot we had dirty feet.. Also seervice for check in was very long we were at the special check in for guests who booked suites (in 15 years doing at least 3 hotels every year never waited that long so my daughter missed her nap). Room service 1hr if wating to be delivered the food during evening. Overall it s worth it especially when you want to enjoy the aquaventure park and aquarium! Excellent for staycations with toddlers and small kids. Restaurant from Gorson Ramsay was good, Alkassan was a ripe off for the same price go to Ossiano when you ll have a 1star Michelin star experience! And Nobu is an institution.

If you're not a guest at this hotel then it is really just an expensive waterpark. That said it is a very clean and well kept place, but the queueing and cost to enter, and the price of food and drinks once inside wasn't really necessary

Luxury at it's best! Awesome place to be. Good spacious ocean view rooms. Huge variety for breakfast. I have never seen such vast breakfast options. Out of the world water park. Would definitely want to be back and spend more days at the hotel next time!!

Staying at Atlantis, and am shocked by getting such an Stale cake. I never expected this type of complimentary cake, being served to guests. Shocking. It was better not to give a complimentary cake.

Food and service wasn't great but as a family we enjoyed ourselves with all the activities.

Everything is top notch! The rooms. The food. Had a great buffet breakfast and dinner at the Kaleidoscope restaurant. Had ample of options in international as well as Indian menus.
The property in itself is huge! The most beautiful one I've ever come across. It's humongous and intricately designed!

The sunrise and sunset view from Atlantis is beautiful. The waterpark in Atlantis- Aquaventure is a very nice and amazing waterpark. As I'm a resident of dubai I would suggest everyone to visit it. Also the architecture of Atlantis is unique and people who like clicking pictures Atlantis is the place they can showcase their photography talent.

Many compliments to all the staff who made our stay as enjoyable as it was. Every year, this place does not let us down... From check in to check out, everything has been flawless. Staff are courteous, smiling, helpful and great with kids, this includes the life guards that are out in the heat all day... yet still have a big smile and are helpful. I left my phone charger last year in the room, and 1 year later it was still available in Lost & Found !!! Very impressed.
60/- for a kids meal, 16/- for a small bottle of water, 45/- for a small turkish ice cream, is too expensive though.
Otherwise, Atlantis staff and service is great. Pls keep it up.

We enjoyed our stay at the Atlantis. Loved their aquarium - Lost City of Atlantis.

Staffs - reception, security and maintenance department staff are friendly and efficient. Our door sensors had issues and it was fixed with in few minutes.

Must try all the rides at Aquaventure waterpark.

Great and unique hotel on the palm. It has a wonderful aquaventure and aquarium.

nice rooms - but interessting fact, that you just can use 1 hot water spot - so showering and bathing at the same time was not possible

used the imperial club version - and it was a good choice.

as the hotel was good and expensive, I was surprised, that a lot of very very simple tourists had been there - stressing at the Buffet and poolarea....not common of that category (so in any case do the upgrade to get access to the imperial club to have a calm and good atmosphere for breakfast, tea and afternoon Cocktail)

one stay in lifetime is probably enough - even it was very nice beeing there.

It's one of a kind in every sense. In house pools, beaches , aquarium and beautiful glass work inside the lobby. The lost chambers aquarium .. everything is amazing about the Atlantis. If you are in Dubai or going to Dubai..DO STAY AT ATLANTIS.

The best hotel I have even seen. It has so great view of sea sore. The hotel looks so nice from outside. It has its own water park with great water rides.

Man made Island. Engineering wonder in the world. Love to go again and again on Mono Train.

Our stay would have been all around perfect if not for a few details : Hearing music from the pool area for most part of the day (stops from about 2AM to 9AM) and the restaurants near the aquarium were mostly expensive chef-style restaurants. For the waterpark, the experience was quite amazing exept for the long wait for some slides (ex: Shark Attack) but the wait was still worth it ;) We did the dive in the huge aquarium with the rays and sharks and we loved it, the safety explanations from the staff were clear. We booked from the hotel the hot air balloon trip, which was really impressive and we also loved the camel ride and the breakfast afterwards ( much needed after waking up at 4AM ; ) Otherwise, everything was perfect, the hotel staff was helpful and nice. If you're a car person like me, there were lots of exotic and luxury cars parked in front ; )

Have no words for this amazing structure. Also the lost chamber experience was also amazing.

Awesomely built place + Awesome Food + The Lost Chamber = Surely recommended.

It is amazing. Family friendly. Wonderful and polite staff. Rooms and views were beautiful.
Facilities were top of the range and absolutely clean. Just pricey so it will dent your bank balance alot.

We Dine in Saffron Restaurant i was so amaze when I saw the huge buffet and a lot of food variety selection " SUPERB"

There are only 50 Gold ATMs in the World- I heard through internet.
But when I saw this ATM, I was speechless. This is the main attraction in Atlantis.
The local train ride in Atlantic also an awesome feel. One should experience it cant explain in words.
Its like heaven.

We had our town hall meeting held there and it was obvious that Atlantis is the perfect place for such events. Huge hall that can take upto 2000 people, along with one of the best catering services in town.

beautiful place and fresh air. it gonna give u pleasure if u visit the sunset, its worth it..!! so many people there on visit but no vulgarity and good family environment so one can visit with his family.

The hotel was amazing, luxurious and way better than most hotels around the UAE! the staff managers and all waiters were amazing. The only thing which I loved is the scenery of the sunset and the whole Dubai with a lifetime experience view! I am so shooed because I have never experienced such a fantastic hotel with unique structures designs and breath taking views! I recommend everyone to go and have a visit in this place at least once in their lifetime! Apart from all of these, even the food and drinks were flavorful, juicy and tasty!
