this is a great place for company and family. an excellent opportunity to spend an unforgettable day in the water park, get emotions and meet the sunset on the beach. I recommend this place for a rest for the whole day
Beautiful beach, males have a minimum spend of 150 AED, beach staff could be nicer. We ate at the Kaleidoscope, quite literally the best restaurant I've ever been to. Food, service, and atmosphere were all perfect.

Right from the decor at the reception to the theme parks in the hotel everything was tastefully done.
The room that we got was really nice , it was overlooking the Aquaventure water park and Jumeriah area.
The restaurants were super and the food and in house beverages were great. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool was superb and big as it would need to cater to the in house guests and given the number of rooms that is huge number, the temperature maintained was just right and inviting,
The only thing was the waiting time at the time of check-in and
check -out the queues were long.

Me and my wife's first experience in Dubai. All i can say it is amazing! Service, staff, amenities.. super clean and super safe for everyone. As South Africans we were not use to the fact you can leave all your belongings including hand bags and wallets on a chair and walk around and go on rides for hours without the worry of anything going missing. If I could I would rate this experience and the whole of Dubai on a 10 star rating I would. Sorry not many photo's to share as we were swimming most of the time and doing the rounds on all the water park rides
A must go place in Dubai. The place is beautiful with lots of things to see and more places to relax and have fun with family and friends. Please keep good amount of money with you as most of the rides and places are expensive. Card payment is allowed so just swipe you card for the purpose. This is simply the second most important place after Burj Khalifa. Enjoy in Dubai!!
Best time to visit is early morning and evening. Rest of the time its too hot. Monorail is best option to see the entire man made island.
Not as expected, will not recommend for asian or arab nationals. As there is no much in food variety as we like. Ovedall good elegant place to have family dish, if you like trying different cuisine its a perfect place.
Amazing place, staff, and service. Very clean and organized. Beautiful decorations and seen from the rooms. The transition between the rooms, the waterpark and the aquarium was very smooth. Also, they were so thoughtful to leave a small gift of chocolate in our room since my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary there.
Service can be much better. Seriously, you do not expect smelly glasses on your table after paying so much.
Atlantis is an amazing place to visit. It s a five star hotel on Palm Jumeirah right at the end of the Palm. A must visit place. Also has many activities the best are aquaventure Park and the lost chambers. Amazing experience. Pictures says it all. Must visit place specially and night and day also. Also has free parking areas.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my lifetime. The service was excellent and the food is amazing though it is costly but it is a big value for money. Rooms are big enough the better schools eat the food is good there is a water park there shops for shopping whatever you can think of you are going to find it over here. The best part was when I entered the hotel de luxurious cars on the right side of my like Ferraris Bugatti Aston Martin Limo hummer and many more are fascinating. S

I got really amazed to see aquarium, an underground aquarium, loaded with aqautic marine animals from big to small. It is really one of it own kind. I liked it. The discription tabs about the species are located on the wall, so we can easily come into knowledge. It is knowledgeable as well. I loved to see Shark first time just infront of me but behind the glass. I saw underwater aqua water divers and feels great that I am watching them diving live.
Fairly open, great staff, plus nice beach and activities for kids. Don't miss the jumping fish that come to the beach away night!
great place. stood a week last month. I arrived very early and was able to check in early. First activity i did was the pool which is awesome. Plenty of good restaurants and i even used the gym during my stay. My only issue is the hotel takes to long to give you back the security deposit. Was told 7 to 14 days during my checkout and the 14 days have passed and still nothing. Technology is up to date out there,that should never happen!
This place is meant for kings . If u very rich then it's crazy and peaceful. Everything costs too much . Water costs more than petrol here . The room is very comfortable simply neat and clean. Bathroom very good maintained. Small bottles of alcohol in the refrigerator so u can chill in the room. The whole place was air-conditioned and had music all over
Room was not vacuumed while we checked in and room service not very happy when you ask for complimentary water..... little disappointed with that. Apart from that everything else is good, got the room view that we requested and late checkout

This hotel is an architectural wonder and an exciting dimension to Dubai. The seemingly endless strech I'd beach ,luxury boutiques and numerous dining choices including celebrity chef restaurants is the highlight here. During my stay the night club was awesome and the spa and fitness club was a non stop entertainment . My room was featured with a private balcony with a magnificent view. I just loved this place. And their service was superb !

From being picked up by Limo to The Royal Majlis check in...loved everything !!! Executive suites are awesome. Nice and friendly staff. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Atlantis unfortunately we couldn t try all the restaurants since it was Ramadan and we were fasting but we loved the water park, outlets, environment and the humble management. They were very nice to offer us complimentary Sahoor breakfast too. Will definitely visit again.
There are just two 7 Star hotels in the world. This is one of them. It's on the Palm Jumeirah, the artificial island in Dubai .. It's big, beautiful and royal in terms of design, interior and services.. The conference center is one of the best with huge open area with nice view of the pool. You will find lots of tourists standing outside the hotel across the streets taking pictures

We had a lovely stay, the staff were super polite and friendly. The hotel has lots of activities to do, the aquarium, the water park , water sports etc. The buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing and tasty. The room we got were aquarium facing and overall super comfy and luxurious. I will definitely go back and would recommend to everybody.
I loved the waterpark its vey nice and suitable for all ages , they have managed to keep it safe too and i like that they weigh the passengers as a bulk before getting into the ride. I didnt like the wait in the que over all highly recommended. And make sure to bring water or drink water and eat before you visit , their water bottles are extra expensive just like everything else in the barracuda food court

We tried the place called kaleidoscope in Atlantis fr an office lunch party... It's amazing .. the buffet is so good.. we are usually picky with regards to the place as we have.vegetarians and even vegans in our team.. but this place just apt for anyone with any kind of preference in food

It's obviously a 5 star hotel with all the 5 star facilities. The rooms are very good. We got upgraded to the Palm View from the Ocean view. Beautiful views, private beach, an array of Michelin star Restaurants to choose from, amazing service etc. But one very important thing every tourist needs to know is that you need to carry your passports along for every family member when you check in the hotel, so even if you have a baby you need to produce it at the reception in order for the baby to enter the room. They do not allow any tourist with no passport to check in.
The reason I explicitly mentioned it is because a lot of us have many family and friends in Dubai, and we may stay with them sometimes and may check in to another location a few days later to explore. So make sure your always carrying your passport when you do so.
In December the Hotel is a lot more crowded. So the waterpark is even more crowded with other water park members as well so every major slide has a waiting of minimum 20 minutes in queues. So visit early if you want to explore all the slides. And they have all kinds of slides. The Leap of faith is exhilarating.
The other options apart from the Water Park (Complementary for hotel residents) if your staying for a couple of days: There's a Sea Lion selfie( Complimentary for hotel residents), there's Dolphins Bay( additional charge),there's the Lost Chambers Aquarium ( Complimentary for Hotel Residents) etc.
The Royal Bridge suite where we stayed is really fantastic with great ambience and very good staff and service. Good food quality and we also enjoyed authentic Indian food.

Went there last Feb. 12 and it was very cold. The place is fantastic but so limited. Only hotel guest can really roam around the place. You can see lots of expensive cars though.

Extremely clean and exotic with beautiful views of the palm,the sea with a private beach attached and the waterpark makes this experience even better! It has shopping arcades within the Atlantis, dolphins and ziplining and just a few of the popular activities that you could get involved in.. We really had an amazing time and definitely would recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over new year. We booked a room with access to the club lounge and the half board option allowing for discounts in the hotel restaurants which was great. We also attended the gala under the stars for New Year s Eve which was the greatest new year we ve ever had. The buffet was out of this world offering just about every cuisine you could think of and the fireworks beat any other we ve ever seen. Beautiful hotel with great views all round and great amenities at the hotel. You could honestly spend 2 weeks without ever needing to leave the hotel.

The Atlantis Dubai is a great vacation destination with lovely view and ambience. opposite it is a very beautiful sea view with rocks at the bank. The Atlantis has hotel facility. It is also a destination for the bus tour that moves round the Dubai city. I has a beautiful aquarium. Lots of tourist make this place a priority during vacation to Dubai. The Atlantis is a little pricey the hotel rooms could cost over $250 per night. You may be required to pay a fee to access more area at the Atlantis

Unfortunately, after 17 hours flight from Las Vegas to Dubai, our vacation started awkwardly as there was a big problem with the room. I must say I was truly impressed the way resort manager mister Bashir Sleiman went above and beyond to solve the problem and turn around our experience. What a gem!

Very disappointed with the service provided. We stayed in the imperial suite and was disappointed. Hotel seems tired and so does the rooms. We had one room with brown water coming for bath and no AC. Great for a day visit but everything was poor. The staff at the reception (imperial) and waiters are very arrogant and rude. I complained and was given some food vouchers which i think is a normal procedure as they get that many complaints.Not the service i would expect from a 5* hotel. The water park was fantastic and great fun. Would not recommend staying at the Atlantis but would recommend having a look as the entrance and some parts of the hotel are beautiful. Would also recommend the water park as its amazing.

Repeated visit on quick stopover, and I would come again as this is one of the best resort to visit in Dubai, great aqua venture park included for in house guest, decent beach, excellent pool and facilities. Spacious rooms, Club catering is sufficient, but rather ordinary.
Resort usually is very busy, consider to stay if you do not want to be close to downtown.
All the services were fantastic! We enjoyed our stay, and the butler services were extremely helpful. The view was absolutely gorgeous, and the food was delicious! Sibi (an employee) was of great help to our family and made our stay a very fun and enjoyable one.
