very nice hotel with amazing facilities. we have been there for having a stress free weekend with my husband and we had so much fun! The staff are very helpful and proffessional, rooms were extremely clean and well furnished. The hotel is designed more likely for the families with kids but we had a great time at the aquapark and lost chambers (both are free for hotel guests). From many restaurant to small shops, to aquapark and to lost chambers you have many things to do during your stay. Additionaly, as a photographers we were glad that for being encouraged and allowed for taking pictures with our DSLRs in the hotel which is very unlikely for Dubai hotels. Thanks for the great hospitality Atlantis team!

This was an expensive booking but totally worth it. The water park is great, wonderful food and great staff.

This hotel has the same feel as the hotels in Vegas...vast and spacious whilst a touch of glamour with the top restaurants and boutique shops. Very friendly staff, great food and great facilities including waterpark and private beach

Photogenic location. Water rides, dolphin encounters, shoppers paradise and everything else that goes with this. Beautiful layout of the resort is a sure draw.

Atlantis the palm, it's a great creature on the sea. Man made island with beautiful stay on the sea. Great attraction here is the palm gate and water park. You can reach atlantis by mono rail from metro connect. You can see the nice beach view and mono rail experience. But one time enough to visit.

Really a royal place. Well managed and enjoyable. A family and friends destination. Prices are abnormally high but one can expect this from a place like Dubai.

Such an amazing place, been a few times now. You can do as little or as much as you like. The food and staff are exceptional too. Huge rooms cleaned a few times a day. They even put your slippers out for when you return from dinner

It was beautiful inside and out. Well worth a visit. I have no idea what the inside looked like (rooms wise) but the parade of shops were nice. If you do not stay at the hotel you cannot use there beach But they have another beach club right by it called nasimi beach and you can go there.

Absolutely magical. We booked the hotel room as a one off adventure for the kids, but loved it that much, we'll be back. This would have to be the best hotel we've stayed in.

A truly remarkable getaway with the family, from the moment you arrive to every touch point up to your departure. The team never says no or i don't know and having so many guests yet they still manage to greet you by your name truly made me feel welcome. They are the reason why my 5 year old son asked if we can live in the atlantis, but sadly we had to leave but already planning our next visit. Thank you once again to all the hidden smiles.

We didn't stay here just visited. But it is kept to a pristine standard, nice views, helicopter tours on hand, however they could not fit us in.

Excellent resort, great service and amenities. You can't go wrong here. Little away from activities but not a big problem, you need a car to get around anyway.

I liked staying at the Atlantis. It's a beautiful hotel. Due to Covid they took good measures for sanitation, hygiene and peoples safety. Loved each restaurant I ate and the staff is really friendly. Please note that this hotel is huge and you will wander.

Staff: were good and professional, But! The security staff were not professional. There is no need for each one to ask where i am heading to.

Quality of the place: I would like to highlight the Pool was not as what expected compared to other major hotels, temperatures control is not matching with the environment, and the locker room is not working properly,

When to visit: i would advice summer time
Other: i recommend to use the spa for massage

Dubai can drive you mad, but not at the Atlantis. Amazing pocket of paradise away from the hubbub of the city. Could have easily stayed another week here. Must get room with a view - worth every penny.

I have no words. This place is something out of this world. If you like looking at luxury properties, this is the place for you. If you like looking at luxury yachts, this is the place for you. If you like seeing anything luxurious , I recommend going there.
The Hotel is a clever mix of architectural styles, and the network of garden paths and internal walkways are interesting. If you have young ones then this is the place to be. The waterpark will suit the whole family the play areas look really good, and there are enough places to grab a quick meal, or if you're in the mood for something more relaxed and stylish, you'll find it there too. Excellent food, ambience and service. Beautiful decor. A must visit especially for iftar at Alsateer tent.

Lovely place had enjoyed a lot. It was a wonderful experience to be there. Really this place is one of its kind.
Had dinner at kaleidoscope buffet which was also very good experience, very near to aquarium.

I checked in to the hotel with my husband and two little kids.
I had the privilege of visiting many hotels in many different countries, indeed my expectations are so high. But it is with many thrill and excitement to tell you my experience, passed and went beyond my expectations.
I want to give special thanks to Ragu at the reception for showing us not only his professional image but also his genuine human touch on his service. I do believe first impressions last long but never experienced it to this level.
I can t pass without mentioning how the lifeguards were amazing and professionally friendly and supportive. Such people are an asset to the hotel. It wouldn t be right if I don't drop my thank you note on this.

It is complemented by the Aquaventure water park and the Lost Chambers Aquarium, home to over 65,000 marine animals.

What an awesome place in the middle of the desert. Dubai you rock!! Atlantis is a perfect example of man made extravagance. Every member of the family enjoyed to the utmost. Do no visit during peak summer as it can get extremely hot which you may not feel while having fun but the next day will see the results. All in all a fantastic place to visit. Break it up over a couple of days as you cant do all in just one day.

Reason for 3 star
We ask for a bottle of water for which we have to wait about 40 mins and no one bother to check despite reminding them two times

Checkout was a pain in A** . As they took almost about two hours to get your luggage from the room despite telling them several times that we are getting late and we can get our luggage ourself BUT NOPE you re not allowed once you left the room no one cares about your time. AND Even after getting the luggage my Iphone charger which I reminded them more then 5 times was still missing.
Thanks to the guy who helped us in the end forgot to ask his name.

Amazing place, I think you cant put anything below 5 stars when visiting Dubai, especially when you come to Atlantis! It is a dream on earth! Atlantis has absolutely everything you could ever ask for. There is so much more to explore in Dubai but you can stay at Atlantis for a week and still have the best time of your life. From the underwater classy restaurants, to the fun waterpark sea and pool, to the experience of swimming with dolphins, etc, the list doesn't end!

Architectural luxury of Dubai... Beautiful Hotel on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah in the middle of the sea!

This is a great place to stay in dubai on the banks of Arabic ocean. Grand place to hang around in lots of showrooms of international brands and a plenty of restaurants and bars. I stayed in room no. 18317 and the ocean view was awesome. Bathtubs and bathrobes were too good. Water adventure parks, beaches, dolphin show, huge aquarium and other so many perks to hang on that a single day stay seems to be insufficient to enjoy Atlantis the palm.

Atlantis, the palm is definitely one of the best places to stay at in Dubai. It has a wide range of entertainment and food options. It has a water park a dolphin park. I would suggest you to go there and explore the place. It is worth the money. It's location is slightly out of the way but is very well connected by road and by tram.

It was good a really nice place, the water was a little deep which is what i didn't really enjoyed but there also alot of space for kids to play the lifegaurds even were fun! If you know what i mean!!

It is a must visit place and full of different activities in and around the hotel. It has a Waterpark also. The place serves a wide variety of restaurants, shisha, jewelry shops, etc. And don't forget to go visit the mono rail which is a 2 mins walk from the hotel.

The stay was fabulous. Will come again.

The hotel is as expected very elaborate, with great facilities with in the complex itself.

Access to water park and aquarium and other activities were included for guests making the stay very entertaining

Service was great with very little time between requests and delivery

The rooms were very well maintained, clean and well planned out, with every facility you could request

Its a great place for summer and great adventures... you can enjoyed watching the different kinds of fishes in the Lost Chamber Aquarium.. as well as the sharks tank aquarium.. its a great experience also to meet with the dolphins. The aquatic park is nice place to enjoy with kids etc.......

Of course 5 * hotel I haven t stayed there but in middle of crescent on palm Jumeirah. Best for holidays and family fun

This place is awesome! Great views and love it has a beach as well as a pool. You can reserve to swim with the sharks and dolphins as well as take a sea lion tour. Only downfall is its rated E for everyone, kids everywhere!

Have visited Wavehouse Restaurant at Atlantis. A unique place offering bowling entertainment for kids while adults enjoying food, drink and live music. Definitely recommended...

Beautiful hotel, kids love the water park. Service not like it was a few years ago your treatment from staff is based on what part of the hotel you stay in. Getting expensive by the year. Staff need to be trained up to know what offers are available. As I was misled with info given on upgrades.

Awesome Place and awesome experience at Aquaventure Water Park

What ana amazing place. Been there more than 5 times and The place I loved the most is their adventure park.

Afraid not a fan, very busy but the things that let this hotel down is the pure lack of staff or people knowing much about the hotel and you wait for everything and no one is able to really help and you get constant conflicting information. Well hopefully we will be shown around again one day and do a full review and have a different view but for now I am afraid this is not up to standard.

Check inn is hectic. Food timings are strict so be on time. Rooms are great.

Very very very nice place... I loved it. The services provided by them were too much good. Loved it. It is one of the most unique places of Dubai. I fyou are visiting Dubai then please do not forget to visit here. If you are having good budget then you should stay in this hotel.

If you are looking for a super luxury hotel in beautiful Dubai, this is the place for you!
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I visited in Dubai. There is a water fountain in middle of lobby surrounded by fish shaped giant pillars. Wonderful Atlantis themed based wall paintings with colorful lighting arrangements are in hotel.
Amazing, gorgeous, fantastic, these are some words describe the looks of the hotel. Upon arrival with my family and friends, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We visited at Kaleidoscope restaurant, the food was excellent with good variety of dishes.
Had a great time and will recomend this hotel to everyone.

This is definitely a must go to ! We had so much fun here. This was a well spent day. So much to see and do.

Was only fun when Frozen had come out - other than that it's just another place to ski. The rest of the fun stuff is just old and boring now. I mean you do it once and then what? You need to keep up, skidubai!

Strong traffic rules. Cross only through zebra crossing or you will have to pay an hefty fine
