Our stay at Hotel Lisboa Plaza was very pleasant. They have at least 4 rooms and 1 terrace, 1 bar, one TV room. Coffee and water free at the TV room. They have a gym. Very nice and friendly staff. My mother and I felt very welcome. Very clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. The only drawback is that it is a little expensive.

Good morning.Great selection.The room has a fridge.No kettle.But gas has a place where a selection of cell and coffee.Also there is a water dispenser.According to the word bottle.Big room.Good bed.There are shoes and bathrobe. To an ancient city. Next to there is a metro. From the field it is possible to arrive in Arrows 12 euros for 2 hollow tickets and return. Strongly recommends.

Lovely old hotel, beautifully maintained with comfortable rooms, excellent service and a nice snack bar breakfast room. Taking some prosciutto wrapped melon to the roof Terrace with a glass of cold white wine was a delight. Located close to all attractions, we would recommend this place to everyone.

We have just returned from a short stay at the Lisboa Plaza Hotel and it was great. The Hotel is relatively small when compared to the large chain hotels but it offers a different, more personal experience. The decor is unusual as it is in a traditional Portuguese style and the staff are very helpful.
The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre (10-15 mins) where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants which are open late. We tended to eat a substantial buffet breakfast at the Lisboa and have a snack lunch.
A piece of advice about sightseeing in and around Lisbon - buy a travel ticket from a kiosk near to the information centre as this is valid for 24hrs on all buses and trams. It will save you real money ! But you will also be walking a lot which may help burn off the calories after sampling the many cakes and pastries which seem to be traditional fare in this city. Enjoy !
From the awesome staff to the 20th century styled rooms and facilities, I really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast is good, could use a bit more variety in the hot food section, but other than that the staff will inform you about sites around Lisbon and places of interest. Plus reccomend places to eat if you don't want to order something at the hotel.

Had a great visit here. It's right off the main drag and close to metro. Lots of small, cozy rooms on main level to enjoy a quiet conversation, a book, or a drink. Outside terrace on fifth floor. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and good sized. Bar had a nice, light menu and it's very inviting. I would definitely come back.
The hotel is ideally located for exploring Lisbon, on foot very close to the metro, bus and tram lines.

American Traveler....stay here for the staff. They are a 5 star quality hotel staff. Breakfast was solid enough. Rooms are little outdated but overall fine for the price that they offered. Fitness center needs to be updated and expanded. Hotel has many small areas for families or couples to relax in. Cleaning staff was on it. AC keeps the room cool enough. Location is solid as well.

The location of this hotel is wonderful - easy to get to anything you could want to see and do in Lisbon. The rooms were a bit small. My single was really small . Tiny. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. On the positive side. The hotel has been maintained beautifully and everything worked very well. I would return to this one.

The hotel is in close proximity to the Avenida metro station. Accordingly, it is very easy to reach from the airport. From here you can get into the city either on foot or by bus / metro. The decor is in a Victorian style. Accordingly, it sometimes looks a bit dark, but invites you to linger. The many different rooms and seating areas definitely contribute to this.
WiFi is available everywhere. The rooms are spacious, cozy. The beds are very good. A bathtub is available. The water pressure in the shower could definitely be higher at least on the sixth floor. The staff is courteous and very friendly. The entire hotel is clean, even in the rough edges. Top.
If you want to sleep with the window open at night: Lisbon was extremely noisy when we were there (east side, 6th floor). The windows themselves insulate very well. Air conditioning is available, so not that dramatic. A roof terrace is available. At breakfast everything is there what your heart desires. From Prosecco to various cakes. The hotel is definitely recommended.

Barely a 2 star hotel. Very old and shabby, small rooms, difficult parking, overpriced. Not at all upscale like the pictures would have you believe! Both when you first pull up and then when you see the room, your thinking this can't be the place I booked. Do not be fooled by the high ratings on this place they are not accurate.
Very nice staff and listening to our requests. Hotel well located, nice and spacious room. Breakfast at the top, many choices, salty, sweet, fruit ... Only small flat on the soundproof if we have the bad luck to be close to noisy customers.

The dark went to the courtyard, so there was enough peace. There was a very good breakfast offer and unlimited bar service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We like to come back.

Only downside, the rooms are poorly soundproof. So wait until you hear your roommate and the sounds of the corridor.
I traveled with the family. Staff very kind and attentive to the care of guests. As a welcome gift they made us find an excellent port with raisins available for the duration of the stay. Also, on my surprise birthday, they showed me a bottle of local sparkling wine in my room. Room always clean in a classic style. The breakfast is excellent and abundant and the staff is very attentive and courteous. The central location and a stone's throw from the metro allows you to reach any point in the city in just a few minutes. Highly recommended!

The hotel provided all of the basic accomodations. The bathroom is roomy, the beds are decent and there's anough outlets to charge all of your devices. The hotel breakfast (which is free) is very high quality compared to any other American hotel breakfast.
Stayed in much better hotel in Madeira for a fraction of the price, didn't find the hotel staff very friendly and the hotel buffet breakfast was shite. The hotel is very dated there is two lifts for the whole hotel , we stayed on the sixth floor, constantly waiting for lifts I wouldn't recommend and definitely won't be using this hotel again

Large and spotlessly clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff and attentive housekeeping. The breakfast buffet is decent and has a good selection, although it is somewhat pricy when not included in your booking.
The only downside is the stable, yet extremely slow WiFi, don t expect to get a lot of work done on that connection. Thankfully, mobile reception within the building is excellent.

Something was stolen from our room. I reported it missing to the front desk. Later, when they thought that we were not in the room (8:45 am) but at breakfast, housekeeping entered our room unannounced (no knock even), and mysteriously the missing item was back in our room having transported from the nightstand where it had been left to an open mesh backpack side pocket where a valuable would never be carried!

A hotel that is very good. Despite its old look it is well maintained and the service is very good from the staff who are very friendly. It has parking service although it is paid separately. In the room that touched me, there was a bathtub, something that is seen less and less in the hotels in favor of the shower. The area in which it is also very well close to many places to go for a walk, shopping or eating. In short, I recommend it.
