I m surprised at their overall good ratings. Our experience was terrible; maybe it matters who assists you. Gabe and Tarik specificallly were rude and impatient. It seems the more informed and educated you are, the worse you ll be treated. It seems if you re not a white male, you ll not be treated with respect. It seems if you call them on it, they don t have the decency to man-up and admit it. Tarik is supposed to be a Manager , he s the reason we walked out. We have a need for a vehicle, and the means to acquire a vehicle (our credit scores are very high) but in our case, while our money is green like everyone else, they didn t seem to want our business- maybe because of how we looked and their preconceived judgement. Avoid this place!!!! But if you do enter - AVOID Gabe and especially Tarik- NO concept of customer service. They ll waste your time and you ll end up with the same conclusion- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
