I had a rain leak in my car that took 3 visits to get fixed. Even though everybody was nice and a rental car was provided every time, I think it took a long time to fix. One original floor mat got lost along with other floor mats that I bought by myself to provide extra protection. After a month I haven't received the original floor mat from the dealer yet.
This is in response to management s comment from Chawks15. I find it very interesting and inappropriate for you to ask me to remove any negative reviews for something that was an honest response to what I had experienced. First off, I had sent an email directly to the general managers last week the morning after my visit, but no one responded UNTIL I posted on social media yesterday. Now that speaks volumes on the management s professionalism, or lack of. If they were truly concerned with customer service then someone should have had the decency to respond directly to my personal email and NOT wait until it hit social media. When looking at Atamian s responses to other negative posts from customers, the same general scripted responses are provided, such as this was out of character, or sorry IF they made you feel that way. Such an unprofessional shallow way to show genuine customer service. You guys are just lucky you have a good product to sell. It s a no brainer that HONDA sells itself. The only thing that saves your dealership is your competitive prices. If it was solely based on your customer service you guys would have been out of business a long time ago.

I needed my battery changed. My battery was changed and it works great. I have also gone here for oil changes. My only issue was the shuttle that was supposed to take me back to work took so long that it was more worth it to just sit and wait rather than take the shuttle. A minor inconvenience, but everything else was fine.
I had the pleasure of working with Vickey Perez. I m 8 months pregnant and needed to trade my camry for a crv. Vickey made the process so easy and I didn t feel pressured at all!!! I was done in less than 2 hours and got the best deal after lots of negotiating! She even came in on her day off to make sure I had no issues picking up my crv. Exceptional service!!! I highly recommend Atamian Honda for vehicle purchases. I requested price quotes for a new 2016 Honda Odyssey by Email to every Honda dealerships in my area, and Atamian was the lowest price by a wide margin. Besides offering the lowest purchase price, the sales staff was outstanding, both the person showing me the vehicle as well as in charge of Email communications (I exchanged many many Emails over a month before I ever set foot at Atamian). I am very pleased with my experience at Atamian so I would recommend anyone looking for a Honda vehicle to go there and check them out.

Stay away from Atamian Honda!! - Victim of physical assault. The staff at this dealership has made my one experience of inquiring about a Honda regrettably one of the most miserable and unsettling experiences I have ever had at any place of business..PERIOD. I arrived at the dealership one hour before close to ask questions about the purchase of a brand new Honda Insight. I was sat down with James Tringale, an experienced sales specialist of Atamian for over 25 years. James attitude from the beginning made me uneasy and it was clear that my business was a burden to him. He neglected to care for my financial concerns, spoke out of his own interest in making a sale and despite the several times I made it clear, still ran my credit. Throughout my discussion with James, I made it extremely clear that I was getting an estimate about my purchase. I had been around to other Honda dealers that day and they were able to give me prices that I could consider. During the last of my negotiations with James, he presented to me his final pitch with an approved finance rate through Honda Financial. When I confronted him about how he attained these numbers he took no responsibility of his own. Instead, he blamed another sales representative for pulling my numbers "by mistake". Earlier in our discussion, he presented to me paperwork regarding a finance through Honda and I immediately told him I was uninterested in using them as a lien holder. He asked me for my signature multiple times, where each time I refused. Despite refusing to sign any documents, he acted out of his own interest. I voiced my opinion as I felt violated and mistreated, ESPECIALLY from a veteran salesperson of the dealership. I said I'd be leaving a mindful review and so I thought my experience was over. It was just starting
I left the dealership, drove a quarter-mile down the street before realizing that I had forgotten the registration to my current vehicle. I arrived back at Atamian Honda only to find that James had misplaced the original copy of my vehicle's registration. While he was looking for my registration, he insisted that I meet the gentlemen who ran my credit score "by mistake". I followed James to a service room close by and upon entering I expressed my concerns to this gentlemen. I was extremely upset with the way my business was handled and expressed myself clearly. In this moment, the gentleman behind the desk stood up, raised his voice to me and began to come towards me in a hostile manner. A few staff members held him back from assaulting me while he cursed me for confronting him about his "mistake". We began into a verbal altercation when a sales specialist by the name of Edwin Marte came up from behind my person and put me into a submissive full nelson hold. My hands were locked behind my body and I was completely defenseless inside the showroom of the dealership. A brief moment went by and I quickly snapped out of Mr. Edwin Marte's hold. I looked at him and said, "are you really doing this to me inside your place of business?". He proceeded to push me up against a wall in the office, one hand on my shoulder and another clenching a fist far behind his body. He began to throw a punch at my face and hesitated. While still being pinned against the wall, and with another 5 representatives watching (and some even taunting me), he pulled back and punched me directly in the center of my face. I immediately called 911. I will be seeing Mr. Edwin Marte in court. Words cannot describe how violated I feel. I am not one to leave reviews, good or bad..but I feel my case needs the attention of all potential and returning Honda customers. I will find a place in my dream Honda someday, but my business will be taken far from the Atamian family and their representatives. Honda corporate will be hearing my case. I will not stop until these representatives are held accountable for their actions.

Horrible customer service sold me a scratched up brand new accord touring with at least 10-15 scratches / nicks all over car .Stole my money I put down and did not count it In front of me .put my email as i like balls after oil change service.Tony Messina never did anything for me after all this inconvenience. Workers wanted to fight me and threatened me (Darryl Dubose) worst salesmen I have ever seen and is still working there somehow . Charged me for things already standard on the car , never payed for my sticker , ignored my problems with the scratches,told me venture shield was whole car coverage and charged me for it but only installed front bumper (which was done by a beginner bubbles everywhere). The service team Never put my oil cap back on after a oil change I open my hood to it just bouncing around near the latch .I could be here all day with how bad this dealer is don t come here .i will bring my money elsewhere .

I needed a car and was recommended to Atamian through my mechanic and family friend. From start to finish I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Atamian. Specifically Ben Atamian was the salesman throughout my purchase and he was really fantastic. Everyone at Atamian was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Of course they are a business and they turn on the "sales heat" when it comes to the purchase but that comes with the territory and I never felt really pressured. I feel like Ben and the Atamian staff when above and beyond during the whole process and highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for new or certified used cars.
Fast, efficient and friendly. I was registered very quickly and my car went right in. An hour later, my car was ready to go. The Service Rep went over everything and I asked him to show me how to merge my phone with the car - a few mjnutes later - I was on my way (and much wiser - now knowing how to sync my phone with the car. They are the best!
Atamian was the last dealership I ended up at (not for any specific reason, just happened that way) they were by far the most professional, friendly, and experienced. They treat you like a person, not a sale. I came to them already approved from an outside bank and they were nothing but curteous and worked with my loan agent to make the process as smooth and simple as possible. I absolutely LOVE my new Civic.
By the way, I worked with Darith and he is AWESOME! He even helped me find the lowest insurance rate Ive ever had..and I shopped around before going there. He is definitely an asset to Atamian. Thank you Darith!

Tarik went above and beyond for us. We came to Atamian via the American Express car buying program. It wasn't near our home, we live near Boston. But I am glad we took the drive out to this dealership. We could not have had a better sales guy, from start to finish Tarik told us he get the car we wanted (it wasn't on the lot) in just a few days. And he got it for us!
Everybody at this dealership was great -- super friendly, and reasonable as well. We did the dance of going back and forth to get the price we wanted for a while, but in the end I think everybody left the table feeling good about the deal. I hate going to car dealerships, but I would go back to this one. They kept their word and they worked super hard to close the deal -- Tarik gets things done, and beyond that, the guy is entertaining!
This is the third car ive bought here. They arent perfect by any means slight aggravations but overall things run smoothly. Service is simple just make appointments online put in what you need and all done never need to make any phone calls and can make your appointment anytime i work the night shift so there isnt alot i can get done at 2 am but i can make a service appointment

Although I leased my car at Atamian Tewksbury, this was the first time I needed it serviced. To make the appointment was super simple since it can be done online. I was greeted by friendly associates and opted to stay while the car got serviced. They said it d take about an hour but it was done in half of the time. It was a very busy morning and I notice that all associates managed to remain calm, treat each customer with the attention they needed and not rush. I recommend getting your car serviced at this location, but make sure to have an appointment.

While the service was on par, and the attendant (Sal) was friendly beyond belief, their shuttle service left a lot to be desired! I understand that situations arise and timing can change; but when I was told the job would take about two hours and I m not picked up until almost 4hrs later?? There s a problem that needs to be addressed! If I d known that, I would have arranged for another way to get back to the dealership to pick up my car to continue with my day rather than be anchored at home and waiting to be shuttled in. Lesson learned.

I went into Atamian Honda a few weeks ago to start the "new car search". I was immediately greeted by one of their salesmen, Kyle Willett. My experience dealing with Kyle was a great one! He didn't make me feel pressured to buy right then and there and he answered any and all of my questions that I had about the buying process. Great experience!! Service department seems OK but my experience with them is limited.
During the 90 minutes I was there I saw what I believed to be fraud against a marketing affiliate, a lender, and me. When I tried to leave, staff walked in front of my car to stop me.
I assume it's theoretically possible to buy a Honda here at a fair price, but be warned that this is not a novice level experience. Be prepared to brawl for the price. You'll need time and patience to stall, jerk them around, walk away from the table. Whatever it takes. Then when you agree on a price, you'll need a cash counter offer on your trade ready and your own financing arranged at an acceptable rate.
It doesn't need to be that difficult. I left and ended up buying the car for almost $4,000 less including the lower APR, better trade, lower price, and lower fees than the one Atamian insisted they were losing money on.
Great buying experience! The sales person that worked with me was top notch. The Finance guy tends to talk too much, but the sale is just about done by the time you meet with him.

This place might be there worst buying experience I've ever had. After being bombarded with phone calls and emails for a week I thought about making it over to the dealership. After all I had received over 20 calls and 15 emails. I let them know Kelly blue book and a few other sites and said a certain amount for my car. They guaranteed they could beat it. So me and my 4 year old went in. They then proceeded to offer 3000 dollars less than the trade in value. Also taxes and all fees were said to included through email. This also changed once I went in and they were added. Do not use this dealership their prices are too high and they lie to get you to go in.

Have my Honda serviced here, they did a great job. Replaced the flywheel, pressure plate, disk, throw out fork and bearing, PS bushing and all clutch hydraulics master & slave. Did allot of work and it now rides like a new car.
Sal was an awesome servicing salesman. He got $336 for transmission flinch and break fluid change. Got a recall fixed and my weight bearings fixed too. All in all from the shuttle service to payment at cashier. It was a good experience. Good job Sal and team.

Bought a used 2012 CRV from Atamian .Took it to my favorite mechanic for an evaluation and they identified two issues. Atamian fixed then both for $0 and the car is now 100%. Both the sales and service were excellent.

Overall I had a good experience. With any dealership you want to keep a close eye on the numbers. The sale price of the car jumped up $50 from what we agreed upon. It was my fault for not catching it. They said the internet sales mgr misquoted me which I don't believe. Even if it were true, if they make the error, then they should eat the difference. Nonetheless I wasn't going to walk based on the $50 alone after I invested so much time with them already. Just keep a close eye on the numbers.
Dan was absolutely fantastic. We were ready to buy a car and were getting a lot of run around elsewhere. Dan was straightforward and direct which I really appreciate. We did not make a decision right away but Dan had great follow up and took good care of us when we came back. I bought a 2018 Pilot and couldn t be happier. The whole process was smooth. Atamian runs a great business and as a small business owner myself, I greatly appreciate the professionalism and level of service they provide.
Too bad I couldn't get the sales staff to give me a price unless I "committed to buy" the vehicle.....who commits to buying a car without knowing the numbers!?!?!? Last time a dealer did this to me, I went to a different dealership Honda dealer (Herb Chambers in Burlington) and bought the car from them after test driving at the other dealer. I just think that's a shady way to try and do business. I had bought a car from Atamian in the past and it was a totally different experience. Last time they were great but this time, not so much.
