I bought my car here (2018 Accord Sport 1.5T) here in May. The sales experience was alright. Stephanie, the internet sales manager was great. Very responsive and helpful with car prices. The in person experience was so-so. It was fine until the sales and finance guys pretended to not know about promotional interest rates that were blasted all over the website. I get that businesses need to make a profit, but customers these days are informed and don't appreciate being treated like idiots.

I've since used the service department 3 times. Twice, I brought the car in for a manufacturer defect. The last time for my first oil change/tire rotation. My experience here has been great! Everyone I've worked with has been very helpful. Chris Peck, Paul Phifer, and Mike Letizia are all good dudes. I've used the shuttle each time and it's very convenient for someone who works near the dealership.
