My experience at Atamian was 5 stars all the way. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Johnny right up to the pickup of a beautiful new CRV, everyone was professional and treated us with respect.

We started off at Boch and they provided a below invoice price and a high trade in but when it came to having the car I asked the Internet sales manager for, it turned out to be the Parts Managers vehicle. They filled my tank for the inconvenience but didnt say they could get me my car. They just let a customer walk away.

Next was Bernardi and while the salesmen were polite the Sales Manager wanted nothing to do with me. He lowballed my trade and let me walk when we were within $500. Unheard of 3 days before month end - I guess they both made their quota.

I was unsure when I walked into Atamian and Johnny and everyone else there made me feel at home. They worked with me on the price and on my trade until I was satisfied. they stayed late to get the paperwork done. Johnny called us and our insurance company and had the car ready when we picked it up.

When a friend who details cars said how nice my car looked, i said I just picked it up. it was perfectly detailed and looked great. Plus Atamian had my color combination in stock.

a 5 star experience overall. There is only one dealership in MA worth buying a Honda from. Atamian.
