Took my car for service to this place. The gentleman took my car keys and asked me to wait. He drove my car out and parked it and came back and said the service needed and the approximate cost and asked me to wait. Came back after an hour and said it's all set. I asked about the condition of the car and asked him to show me the oil levels and he gave me the keys and asked me to check on my own. He took me to the cashier and there was a price of $12 something saying environmental & misc supplies. I asked what that is and he said some bolts and screws and stuff. I drove out and the car started beeping, "tire pressure low". Listen, I have all the time in the world to get the details about what is done for the money paid. Are you busy? Let me know so I never bother you.
#1. Be nice to customers and be ready to explain if they ask something. You're not a roadside mechanic. You're Honda authorized service center.
#2. Make the customer know about what has been serviced before you rush them to the cashier.

Never going back here.. I love my car
