AT CROSS Company Review

Absolutely a great looking show room. Using an art flare to their designing of this showroom makes it not only an enjoyable experience of browsing, but one which you would tell friends and want to come back. In a state that has RISD and a city with a historical preservation as a foundation, I give this showroom a 10 out of 10 points.

It was ok. Not the old factory store where you could get great deals. One of the green ink bottle caps was broken so, when I picked it up, my hand became green. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking and not hard to find. I wish they had better deals and notified us of sales.

Placed order for 3 monogramed pens and 3 packs of cartridges on Nov 23rd. By yesterday, Jan 3, I had 2 pens monogrammed to same person, one without a monogram, and missing 1 pen monogrammed to third person. Many communications ... No correct actions! Oh you did send the correct cartridges. This is what America gets with outsourcing!

I have been trying to reach someone at this Company for 4 days now. I have called every number available and have been placed on hold thru a voice message forever. I have e-mailed with no response. I finally reached out to someone in the UK who e-mailed me back and said he would look into what is going on. I am awaiting his response. Before placing an order I had some questions. Finally decided to place the order without getting my questions answered. I have not received an e-mail confirmation and do not know if I will get these pens for Christmas. Still waiting to hear back from Steve in the UK. I am so disappointed with this Company and hope no one else is having this problem. I also, have left numerous messages, my name, phone # and no one has called or e-mailed me. After about 10 days of trying, I finally called the retail # and to my surprise, Mia Ramirez picked up and was so helpful with my order and answering all my questions. Very grateful to her for all her help. I give her five stars. Thanks Mia!!!

A few years ago I had to send a pen into Cross for warranty stuff. Dealing with some snotty little chick they have in their service department was a real drag, I do not expect to every buy another cross pen. Apparently she thinks it is her place to discipline customers when they expect top notch service from what used to be a top notch company. I am not sure if the Cross granddaughter is running the company, but I would hope she learned better than this at Bryant College? A real shame.

I could not have been more pleased with the service that Cross provided me. I ordered an engraved pen over the phone to be delivered by mail on a date I that I needed it. They called me a day before it was due to arrive and said that it would not be there in time because of the engraving. To my surprise, a very nice employee personally delivered the pen to me that day. Thank you Cross for your consideration.

Staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection of pens is extensive. They carry ball piont, roller pall and fountain pens and pencils in a wide range of prices. Absolutely beautiful pens. I am very happy with the fountain pen I purchased.

There is a hugh difference writing with a quality pen.

I ordered an engraved pen for my boss on Black Friday weekend and it said standard shipping was 5-7 days ... mind you I also live in the state the store is (Providence, RI) so I figured maybe couple extra days for engraving but I figured I would definitely have it by the office gift exchange (December 20th). I had not heard a single word from them after two weeks so I started to panic... I called the customer service # 3 different times. I was on hold 59 mins the first time before some rude woman told me it was handled and I would have it within next two days and hung up before I could ask anymore questions, the second time it took me 3 tries to get through I was hung up on several times and had to keep calling back still no one answered, and finally the 3rd time the woman said she would overnight it and make sure I had it by Dec 17. All these calls were made on different days from 11th - 13th of December. I understand it is the holidays but I emailed and called and no one could give me a straight answer. I was told when it shipped I would get a confirmation email and delivery email... the package showed up on Monday December 16th somehow (thankfully) but I never got a shipping email or delivery email and no one could give me a straight answer. It was unbelievably frustrating. I wish someone had attempted to answer my emails ir been nice on the phone because my experience would have been completely different. I will not order from here ever again - and this place and pensw came highly recommended.... disappointed is an understatement.

They have a very wide selection of writing instruments. So many beautiful selections/items.

Can't get ahold of anyone from this company. Was on hold for 5 minutes and the call hung up extremely disappointed in the customer service.

This place is terrific. We went there because my dad had a couple of Cross pens that needed servicing, but the store itself is great. Huge selection in a very urban-chic setting with pens to fit every pocket and pocketbook. I bought lots of pens and notebooks to give as gifts. The service Cross provides is great. My dad left his two pens for servicing, and they ended up replacing them for the service charge of $10! He was thrilled. And it only took a few days for them to arrive in the mail.
