I ordered an engraved pen for my boss on Black Fri...

I ordered an engraved pen for my boss on Black Friday weekend and it said standard shipping was 5-7 days ... mind you I also live in the state the store is (Providence, RI) so I figured maybe couple extra days for engraving but I figured I would definitely have it by the office gift exchange (December 20th). I had not heard a single word from them after two weeks so I started to panic... I called the customer service # 3 different times. I was on hold 59 mins the first time before some rude woman told me it was handled and I would have it within next two days and hung up before I could ask anymore questions, the second time it took me 3 tries to get through I was hung up on several times and had to keep calling back still no one answered, and finally the 3rd time the woman said she would overnight it and make sure I had it by Dec 17. All these calls were made on different days from 11th - 13th of December. I understand it is the holidays but I emailed and called and no one could give me a straight answer. I was told when it shipped I would get a confirmation email and delivery email... the package showed up on Monday December 16th somehow (thankfully) but I never got a shipping email or delivery email and no one could give me a straight answer. It was unbelievably frustrating. I wish someone had attempted to answer my emails ir been nice on the phone because my experience would have been completely different. I will not order from here ever again - and this place and pensw came highly recommended.... disappointed is an understatement.
