Always an amazing experience at Gammage. 4 stars because they now let latecomers in to find their seats in the middle of songs, which is just bad theater etiquette. But their facilities are gorgeous and the staff excellent!

Very nice theater. I loved coming to see all the musicals over the years. However, temperature control inside seems to be an issue, got kinda warm when the air turned off, maybe keep the fans running. $4 for a 20oz bottle of pop because you have no choice, and holding my car hostage for another $12 is extortion! The Gammage operates on millions donated. Five million was just spent on renovations, I saw no change from the last time I was there. It's gonna be awhile before I visit again.

Saw Wicked, it was phenomenal. Excellent theater, not a bad seat in the house, but what more can you expect from a place designed by Frank Lloyd Wright? Beautiful place. Parking is a bit irritating, we parked in the garage because the website said something about a membership to park in the lot or something like that, but when we got to the lot, we found out that not only could we have parked there, it would have been cheaper than the garage because it is flat rate instead of hourly. Small issue though.

We've been here a few times. Watched Rent again and we were very impressed with the sound and views. We were in the 4th row on the right edge and despite being off center we still had a great view of the stage. The que to enter which included security went quickly. The only recommendation I would make is to find a way to create a space for lines for concessions as well as walkways in the middle. It was a bit of cluster but serviceable.

Architecturally speaking it's Frank Lloyd wright so you have to love the building. The girls in our group were happy with the added bathrooms. I've been to several productions here and it's always the same. I don't know why they can't get a decent sound system but it just isn't good. soloist were good, speaking lines are fine, but anytime there was a large group ensemble it is just mumbled junk. you can only understand maybe 50% of the lyrics in those scenes. It's sad that's the only real place for Broadway shows in town for the road tours. my friends that are really into Broadway shows refuse to go there since they've been to good places where you can understand everything and the acoustics are what they should be.

Renovation should have been done 15 years ago. Paints are dull and chipped. Rehearsal space is not adequate and meant for large ensembles. School of music can't even perform with its ensemble there anymore because would have to pay fees. Can you grasp that? Gammage is asu hida is asu too. But you pay fees, why not? Absurd. Should need renovation outside too. Fix it first and be a veneu.

Wonderful venue top notch in cleanliness and atmosphere. Very nice staff. Acoustics were great we went to see the show the School of Rock. (Wonderful show by the way.) Highly recommend this venue if you're looking for a top-notch experience.

While I'm sure the production was great, I might as well have stayed home. Could not see the stage from the balcony. Very disappointing. Would not return unless I could sit in the orchestra section.

Building itself is an absolutely gorgeous venue and to see a theatrical production there is pure magic! Great acoustics, great seats, great management! A+ all the way and I came from a town that had access to NYC & Broadway!

I've been to countless events at Gammage, especially musicals. This is a great venue for Broadway shows. The only thing is if you have trouble climbing stairs please don't sit on the top tier. Has really good acoustic and a very friendly staff.

It was an amazing place!! I was very inspired by the employees helpfulness and kindness and the architecture of the building. I saw Wicked and even though we were literally the farthest seats away, I could see and hear the actors and actresses perfectly! Thank you ASU Gammage for hosting such a memorable night!

Gammage is big enough to attract BIG shows but small enough to not feel like you are just a drop in the ocean. I am personally not a fan of the balconies. If you have a fear of heights the balconies (especially the top one) may not be the best seats for you, unless you have someone or thing to hang on to that makes you feel safe. Otherwise I have not had a bad experience here.

Not enough facilities. Seats too small. No center aisle.... Everyone squeezes in front of you. Worst acoustics. Good luck understanding dialog. Historic Frank Lloyd Wright design. Needs MAJOR refurbishment!

The acoustics and stage are amazing. Coming out of the theater was easy; however, coming out of the parking lot was not as quick. We came to see the Book of Mormon and the show was amazing.

The VENUE is old, out dated, and does offer much access for those with physical impairments. No elevators, no elucidators, and the advertised cafe is not but cold sandwiches, and other very over priced item of low quality. This is and was my last trip to the ASU Gammage Memorial Auditorium.

i do not care if Frank lloyd Wright was the archetech it is in need of some major renovation, and as I said not a friend venus for those with physical limitations.

I love going to gammage

I love going to gammage
They have never had a bad show.
MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE PERFUME OR HAIRSPRAY IN YOUR PURSE THO, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN. I had to run back to the car to put my perfume back and I missed the opening numbers.

Nice!

I have never seen a bad show here. Parking is a drag but it's worth it. Love the variety. The costumes and sets are amazing. I feel like I'm in New York. Adding all the new women's bathrooms is wonderful. Don't sit in the balcony if you're afraid of heights

Always great to come see an amazing Broadway show here but I wish they would allow people into the theater to get there seats at least 30 minutes sooner instead of waiting with a ton of people packed in so close to each other that there isn't enough room for people to walk through.

Gammage is a good sized auditorium. We like to get seats on the second tier. You can see most everything that happens on the stage and the sound is good. The ushers are friendly and efficient.
