A causa di una manovra sbagliata, da me effettuata per sostituire il disco con un SSD al MAC Mini, ho staccato un micro connettore saldato sulla scheda madre. Cercando su Google un laboratorio di alto livello che potesse fare questo lavoro per nulla banale ho conosciuto Beta Tecnologies. Sono completamente soddisfatto della scelta fatta.

By this I intend to express my criticisms about the unprofessional behavior that your company has had in managing my file. Given the difficulty in contacting you, as you do not respond to the telephone numbers that are on your site, I insistently asked if the damage detected to my card was objectively repairable. I agreed to the repair without warranty, as you did not have the possibility to test the card on the machine to verify its functioning, but to be told that it was not a hardware problem, but a software problem after paying for the repair and verifying that it was not functioning, it does not seem correct behavior. If you had feared this hypothesis before, I would not have given authorization to change the hardware components, and I would have paid only the shipping and handling costs (35 euros) I regret what happened, as it inspired my trust, but evidently it was misplaced ..

I have been a customer of Beta Techologies for several years now and I can only be satisfied with their service. The staff is competent and helpful and offers a complete service. The last time I brought them support my laptop, a Toshiba bought by their now five years ago, which had suddenly stopped working and would not turn over; I was convinced that it was irretrievable and therefore to be replaced and instead the technicians have recovered it by replacing hdd and motherboard and now it goes great, almost like a PC just bought. Moreover I didn't have to wait long to get it back, in a few days my PC was back home. I think they are the best on the square.

I have a MacBook Pro 15 that I purchased in December 2012. It is a model with an Intel processor, SSD and the guarantee that the screen remained black and gave no signs of life had just expired. After passing by the Apple service center, where they told me to buy a new Macbook because the motherboard was broken. I brought the Macbook Pro to this service center and they repaired it in a couple of days. Grazieeee!

I sent my Samsung Galaxy S4 from Milan: it had continuous problems of overheating of the device, which occurred after a few minutes of phone call or simply due to the sending of text messages and turned off.
