It is a good company to work with. nice facilities for employees like cab facility, food facility and day shift. Gives good start to a fresher. Nice to work here if u want to kickoff your career from a good company. Only company left to provide food and good company transport these days. Try at least one!!!

I wasted 6 months of my valuable life in this company which has the worst management i have come across. After numerous incidents, i called up the team leader Sahil Malik, to inform him how distressed i was because of the company cab driver. Instead of helping me out with my issue, Mr. Malik wrongly accused me infront of the HR managers that i verbally abused him. The HR managers who were all females in that room ofcourse did not seem to care about my side of the story. They instead asked me if i have abused the drivers before and one HR among them was trying to be all Oprah on me talking about life and all.....which was funny thinking how she climbed up the corporate ladder. Since the company needed another reason to chuck me out, the management decided that after 3 days of classroom training i was of no use to their company. Their training team is also an absolute mess. I was send in a classroom training on a wednesday, when the training had been going on since monday and was expected to sit for a test on friday. This is how much they give importance to quality. The on-floor trainers were never given downtime for training the new employees which automatically meant very less training since they have to finish their allotted work. Now, although i don't give a damn, but i strongly believe the management should focus more on the emotional intelligence of a team leader because just their work experience does not reflect that they are qualified to manage a team and Mr. Malik definitely lacks it which is not only my opinion but what i gathered from most of his seasoned team members in less than 6 months.

I admit the food was the only good part about the company but for not more than a week. I also want to thank the company, it has turned out to be a blessing in disguise since I'am doing what i love doing instead of slogging inside those four walls like corporate slaves with humorous pay. Anyway, goodluck!

I have loved this place....working here..people are nice here..and management all good...would recommend it strongly.

Wasting time of everybody, HR is unprofessional and interviewer are not experienced specially in QA, checking their knowledge with you, asking all scenario those they know. If say right answer outside there knowledge they will try to prove you wrong. They never ask question related to your profile.
There is need to improve the interview process. They take too much time to start the interview process.

CPA global is a kpo involved in Intellectual Property and dealing with US clients.
The atmosphere and the people working there seems to be pretty nice.

Worse than anything. They hire lawyers as a labor for 15 even for 7 days of contract, no Sense why they still running their processes in India.

A Company who Harass employees to an extent, which makes him feel bad, people say taunting words. Superiors Giving strong feeling of putting others down. In the name of giving work make him fool.

Best place to work. I have not worked in Google or the like, but I guess CPA is best for my kindda work.
