I went there to sell my SUV; the gentlemen who handled the purchase were helpful, polite, and I would work with them again. Since I sold the car on a weekend I was told that a check would be mailed. When it didn't arrive for 2 weeks I spoke with the comptroller, she was helpful at first and we agreed to wait a few more days. When it still didn't arrive I called back. This time, the comptroller was very defensive and nasty when I questioned why they didn't send the check certified, or with a tracking number.ultimately the dealership is responsible for paying me for the SUV and I expected a bit more courtesy when they don't deliver in a timely manner.
