What a great company. Cooker hood made noise, just one year old. Replace without looking or blushing. Fast, professional and friendly.

In my Beko heat pump dryer there is rust around the evaporator. Machine is just 3 years old. Emailed about this with the technical service, who claim that it is not rust. Hopeless.
In addition, I also have a Beko washing machine that also broke 2 times in 5 years. No more Beko for me, or any other brand that is serviced by Asogem.

edit: The answer, however, was not that it is difficult to determine a photo, it was said that it is not rust. If you do not recognize this as rust in the photo, it gives very little confidence to have a technician come by. Given that it is out of warranty, I can also pay for the costs. Never mind..

Best service I've experienced so far. The combi microwave slipped from my hands and the door has gone completely broken. There is just a mechanic sent along with a new door for nop. It can not be better.

Only after a year already replace the belt of the machine. Now years later, the laundry remains soaking wet after washing: On the advice of the mechanic after the second visit removal shortened, washing bags are used and detergent drastically reduces. He gave as advice that we as a measuring cup must keep the inner 'cylinder' of the cap of the detergent bottle. We now only use half of the amount. cylinder. To our great surprise, the mechanic now indicates that we still use too much detergent. Extremely astonishing since we use the inside of the cap as a measuring cup on the advice of the mechanic. Now very nice a bill of 93 euros received and the machine is still not made. What a very bad service.

A new induction furnace from Beko, but the furnace did not work.
After an appointment with Beko, we had a visit from the service technician Niels.
Was a small thing that was resolved.
Then received a complete (oral) usage instruction from Niels.
Super service from Niels and Beko.
Already had a Beko dishwasher but it has now also been renewed (again Beko of course) now we have the very latest, which only came on the market in June, but works great.
The new induction oven now also works perfectly.

Really worthless. We have been without a plate for 2 months due to their mistake. First a man could see what was going on, then we had to wait 1 week or 2. After this the gentleman said that the delivered part was not good. Okay so wait again. Here again an appointment was made, after which I saw a completely different part was replaced. Of course the mechanic said nothing about it. What a bullshit. That hob was only half a year old. We are just going to trade in for a better brand, I never want to have anything to do with beko again. Bad!

I bought a Beko stove with an oven. Unfortunately, the oven's knobs had faded after a while and I could not use the oven since I could not read the temperature and position.
I went to Beko with this story and I got Jelle on the phone. Jelle helped me a lot and get a few new buttons so that I can use my oven again. Conclusion: friendly service with a fast delivery!

Most antisocial company ever experienced. Just called and had Dennis on the line, from the technical service, who probably takes the company name ASOgem too literally, because never had such an ASOcial person experienced. After giving feedback that it is best to let a customer finish talking, as he interrupted me while I was doing my story, he hung up the phone without mercy and after several times calling back and calling him on the line he kept doing the same thing.

What a company says. Appointment made and mechanic did not show up, we were called to make a new appointment. In the end 3 x had a mechanic over the floor in a time frame of 3 weeks so all the time doing the dishes by hand, laminate damaged and being spoken to quite rude by one Dennis who just had the guts to hang up. And they wanted to pay damage from laminate for the value of the laminate that is damaged, so the value of 2 pieces. We can get a new suit and the total amount of a suit is much higher and we can pay the costs of replacing laminate ourselves?

Most unfriendly company I have ever experienced.
Mechanic will look for things that would make the repair not covered by the warranty.
Shame on Beko.

Washing machine breaks well within the warranty period. They invoice a part that would have been broken by an external factor. Part broke while washing machine was running, washing machine was not overloaded, nothing was stuck like bra underwire or anything like that and I was not washing pebbles. Worthless

bad. my washing machine has been making a noise from the start. The mechanic said is the string. made more noise so come back now I have to pay call-out charges plus collection costs. and washing machine still not good. I'm pretty fed up with asogem !! I now have an independent technician come. I don't buy a new machine that is making more and more noise. I might as well have bought a 2nd hand.

Great and speedy customer service. The plastic trim of the refrigerator shelves broke on my appliance. I sent an inquiry and had a quick response with the link to the authorized retailer in my area. Mechanic Ron replaced the washer door because the glass exploded.
Although the machine was 1.5 years old, this can happen spontaneously. We are satisfied with the technician, but it is a pity that it has to take 14 days before the repair took place.
