They took very good care of my Dad at Norbert's. The room was a nice size, furnished with a kitchen. The staff were wonderful. They took care of any requests promptly. The food was good and my Dad ate much more there than when living at home. I was happy we choose Norbert's and would recommend them. They provide great care at a price we could afford.
Very clean. They are doing so much right now to keep everyone safe. They are social distancing, having meals in room and also began vaccinations which gives much peace of mind during this time.
The previous reviews must be old because it certainly hasn't been the experience my family has gotten. Pain med request at 10AM not received until 3PM. .Bathroom assistance calls taking 3 hours. Dining experience... sub par and that's being kind. Staff in dining area heard saying patients are ingrates. "they should be grateful to have a hot meal" "such ingrates" Seriously... these people are paying high costs for these services. Staff actually seen turning their buzzers off and then telling patients.. sorry I never got your buzz. My family is moving out, knowing they can do better on their own. This comment is going further because once my family is out I will reach out to higher ups and board members to let them know how ignorant their staff is.
Judy is a stellar organizer for the home. We volunteered to sing there for Christmas and was well received. They all seemed like family. Judy really does up the Holiday decorations, and makes it a comfortable space to be in. Such lovely people, for sure.
We were highly satisfied with the staff and facilities at Norbert. It is never an easy decision to put a loved one in a personal care facility, but the people at Norbert made us feel very secure in our decision. I would highly recommend this place.
I was very satisfied with the care my mother received. The staff acted very professionally and treated the family with dignity and respect. I enjoyed this place so much that I am going to volunteer even though my mother is no longer there. Thank you very much for a job well done. God bless!!!
This facility is incredible. I can't say enough about the caring staff. During the Covid crisis, they have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe. They have given so much of themselves and it is greatly appreciated. They are all warm and friendly and will do anything to assist you. The activities are great and well planned out. The administrator, Janet and her assistant, Lorraine are wonderful and strive for excellence. I really think they have achieved that. If you are considering a place for your loved one, look no further...this is the place!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!
