In my Beko heat pump dryer there is rust around the evaporator. Machine is just 3 years old. Emailed about this with the technical service, who claim that it is not rust. Hopeless.
In addition, I also have a Beko washing machine that also broke 2 times in 5 years. No more Beko for me, or any other brand that is serviced by Asogem.

edit: The answer, however, was not that it is difficult to determine a photo, it was said that it is not rust. If you do not recognize this as rust in the photo, it gives very little confidence to have a technician come by. Given that it is out of warranty, I can also pay for the costs. Never mind..
