Beko / ASOgem is waardeloos

Beko / ASOgem
Vaatwasser gekocht van Beko. Slechte en onvolledige aansluitinstructies. Verkeerd aangesloten met als gevolg een monteursbezoek in opdracht van Coolblue. Na goed aangesloten, bleek de vaatwasser alsnog niet goed (klep gaat niet automatisch open na de vaatwasbeurt). Vaatwasser alsnog teruggestuurd en nu dan maar een duurdere Siemens gekocht.

Vervolgens een rekening ontvangen van € 84 voor het monteursbezoek. In meerdere e-mails uitgelegd dat (onder andere} de aansluitinstructies niet goed zijn en de monteur door Coolblue is aangevraagd, dus de kosten voor het monteursbezoek niet terecht zijn en in ieder geval niet voor mij. Geen tot onvolledige antwoorden van deze ASOgem. Wel dreigen met een incassoburo met nog eens extra kosten. Waardeloos bedrijf.

Conclusie:
- spullen zijn goedkoper, maar van slechte kwaliteit;
- service nog veel slechter. Met recht een ASOgem.

Nooit iets kopen van Beko / Asogem
Wel heel blij met onze Siemens, is z'n geld echt waard.

I was already very satisfied with my almost 5 year...

I was already very satisfied with my almost 5 year old Beko dishwasher.
Now I had a leakage current problem that was quickly solved by a nice and knowledgeable engineer. Because I have a 5 year warranty, there are no costs charged.
Good and clear communication with Asogem and message from technician that he will be there in 15 minutes. TOP!!!

My 3.5 year old refrigerator stopped working, so no more warranty. I am handy and had already found that it was not the thermostat or compressor ... Had telephone contact and together came to the conclusion that the refrigerator had died unfortunately. Because I had so little pleasure from the refrigerator I was told if I would email my receipt and serial plate, an exchange proposal would be made. The proposal was if I paid 160 euros for the refrigerator to be exchanged for a new one. I think this is perfectly arranged as they did not have to do this. I am happy with it, thanks Asogem!

TOP brand !! As the motto promises, BEKO is truly ...

TOP brand !! As the motto promises, BEKO is truly a global brand and this has been proven again with service. BEKO has been the only brand that gave 10 years warranty on the engine (many other A-brands max 6 years). After almost 6 years of service my washing machine suddenly gave up and did not work anymore. I called the company and within a week I was allowed to hand in the old one and get a new washing machine. Also one of the last models. I am very satisfied with the loyal service of BEKO and will always choose this WORLD MARK! Chapeau!

Despite various negative statements on some forums...

Despite various negative statements on some forums, I am doubly positive about asogem and repair of my induction stove.

Great help by phone with a repair request. Neatly spoken to and thinking along in planning for the appointment. 30 minutes before time, a message that a technician was coming. That was nice, because had to be elsewhere all day and was therefore home on time.

Mechanic Emiel has done research professionally and cheerfully and solved the problem within 1 hour. Neat communication and where the first diagnosis turned out to be incorrect, but the second one, he has neatly resolved this on the invoice.

Thanks Asogem / Beko, I can cook again!

Unfortunately I have bad experiences with my Beko equipment. In my new kitchen I was advised to take the equipment from Beko because the price / quality would be good. Nothing could be further from the truth. My dishwasher didn't work and my built-in fridge had cracks in the back wall after a few months. My new freezer was so noisy it looked like a 20 year old freezer was running. The replacement service is good. I could have gotten a new fridge, but don't believe in this brand anymore. I was afraid that cracks would come out of nowhere again and then I would no longer be entitled to a new refrigerator. The freezer has also been replaced. So good service too. Only this freezer freezes so badly that everything I freeze dries out (bread, meat, etc.) and all other products such as ice cream and fruit are covered by a layer of ice. I paid 675 euros for a small built-in freezer that doesn't do what it should do: freeze properly. I can always throw away all my products because they can no longer be eaten. So it is virtually empty. Really a waste of my money.

What a nice company is Asogem in Zoetermeer. you are kindly helped. Dennis really listens to you. Had bought a stove from the market about 2 months ago. I could get it cheaper so you do that.
At home I wanted to bake Christmas cookies but there was no baking tray in it. Asogem called in the assumption that the griddle would not be there.
Sure enough, and they still send it to me.
What a service, Chapeau Asogem zoetermeer, keep it up; I will be able to bake my cookies later.

What a bad company !!
We have been waiting for a technician to come by for our washing machine for almost 4 weeks. Because the technician is ill, they have already rescheduled the appointment twice, of course it is human that a technician can be ill, but then such a company should send another technician. It is a shame that such a company only employs 1 mechanic.

You can also do something about your customer service, actually the name of the company says enough ASOgem, what a smart guy. ' 'If you know a mechanic yourself, rent it out to us'. I don't work for ASOgem you have to provide a replacement technician! This way you should not address the customer!

Oh yeah, we are still waiting for a mechanic to come by in 2020.

After having had many problems with my heat pump dryer, drying time of 4 hours and sometimes even longer, the sensor was broken and the door warped. This is then resolved in the warranty.

We have been waiting for repair of our washer / dryer combination for more than 2 months. Very bad !!. Local repairer is doing his best but now gets the wrong parts sent again so that repair can not be done. Curious when Beko takes its responsibility and fulfills its warranty obligation. Unfortunately we had not taken out a 5 year warranty from "Beko" but then the mechanic came up with the news that you got a 100% discount on the parts in the 3rd and 4th year.

Unfortunately I cannot give your product a good review.
My tumble dryer was already in fault with 1st use. Unfortunately I had not tested the dryer within the legal return period. This prevented me from sending the dryer back. Even if I would call in a disputes committee and possibly get it right, then I would return be impractical.
The Beko technician visited us on 21-11. The cause was found. This was not due to damage during transport or installation, but to a manufacturing fault.
The dryer can work via water drain (as washing machine) and via water reservoir. The hose to the water reservoir was blocked by a coupling that was (almost) closed. The condensed water could not be pumped to the water reservoir. This stopped the device.
I have asked the technician for a written or email report of the defect.
I told the mechanic that manufacturing defects occur at the best companies. And that is also true. But it is also true that quality control exists for this. That has clearly failed in this case.

On 02-12 the technician would come by with a new hose for the water reservoir. This was canceled via the telephone. With the statement that the hose was wrong. I asked for more information. It was stated that the wrong hose type had been ordered. worked in production for a long time. I am aware of how production works.
There are several options here;
-the defective hose is assembled in the factory. It is very unlikely that this manufacturing error is with a single device. At this moment there is insufficient data available whether this is a manufacturing error that occurs with all dryers of this model.
- it is also unclear whether this type of hose has been used with other models. That would be cost-efficient. I emphasize that this is good for both the manufacturer and the consumer. However, if quality control does not work, then this manufacturing error may also occur with other models.
-the wrong hose can be a wrong type of hose that has been ordered.This is sloppy but possible.It can also be that the defect in the hose in my dryer also occurs with other hoses.This means that there are currently no defective hose is available.
There is currently insufficient independent data available. If the parent company Asogem BV of the BEKO brand is not transparent about this on the website, then this situation remains unclear.

I have made a report about this. At the Consumers' Association, and on Social Media. I keep it up and keep it up.
I repeat, I can give neither your product nor the manufacturer a good review.

I prefer communication via an open platform. Such as the Complaints Compass of the Consumers' Association.
As of 17-01-2020 I have placed a complaint twice on the Klachtenkompas.T.n.v. the parent company Asogem Nederland bv. The company did not respond. Asogem has become inactive on the Complaints Compass.
As of today, 17-01-2020, I have not found any mention of this on the website of Asogem Nederland bv.
This is a good indication of Asogem.
I cannot recommend the manufacturer BEKO, nor the parent company Asogem BV.
