Laptop bought a year and a half ago from money from my late father. He said before he died .... buy him at EP. If he had known this once .......

My combi microwave was due for replacement. Since I have a different size kitchen and two left hands, I really had to search but nowhere could I turn. Called an expert and they helped me to a good combi microwave including installation for a competitive price without any problems. With customer friendliness and professional service, they have been lonely at the top for decades and I was able to experience that again. THANK YOU EXPERT !!!

Bought a built-in dishwasher. After a few months of major leakage .. called, after being on hold for half an hour someone comes on the line. They then send an external technician 8 days later, who determines that the leak was caused by not adjusting the door. New door in it and got a report with which I had to go back to the expert because the front door and the floor were damaged by the leak. Called .. again on hold for 20 min .. explained, he would call me back. After a week nothing yet .. I called myself again .. on hold again. Eh no, they couldn't do anything with that. I should have called earlier ..
But I call immediately after the leak. Of course I did not know that the door was not properly adjusted. For that I had just bought the dishwasher from their order from the media market.
In the end they could still pay 50 euros for the damage. Well well .. the whole floor is now bumpy due to water damage .. front door no longer for sale
WORTHLESS company..and the worst part is they blame the customer. Scandalous. Never buy anything there .. if anything is lost half a day getting in touch and waiting weeks for repairs. And pay for the damage when incorrectly connected by expert ... yes, that's what they call themselves

Always been very satisfied with the service. Until now. My son bought a washing machine there and had it connected. After 2.3 washes, the water sprays from the tap / hose connection. The employee has come by, the connection has been tightened further (in my opinion not properly connected, photos as proof), the spraying of the water stops immediately. The reaction is that that is not possible, that it should have leaked immediately. You let it plug in, so don't assume leaks, drips. Recover any damage from your own home contents insurance.
