Really worthless. We have been without a plate for 2 months due to their mistake. First a man could see what was going on, then we had to wait 1 week or 2. After this the gentleman said that the delivered part was not good. Okay so wait again. Here again an appointment was made, after which I saw a completely different part was replaced. Of course the mechanic said nothing about it. What a bullshit. That hob was only half a year old. We are just going to trade in for a better brand, I never want to have anything to do with beko again. Bad!
